Well what I think he meant there was not him and his type not being able to afford the 10 naira, 20 naira sachet water to drink when they need it..

It's just that, buying at least 2 bags to cook, bath and wash some other things daily is not it..

I don't know the man... But I have this feeling he was a good man..
