I am a banker and a senior staff. My expenses keeps increasing and lifestyle changes is not helping

I want to start a side hustle that I can expand in the future.

The business plan is a unisex saloon and also sell hairs (original only) the hair sales is a major point I want to put into consideration

I need ideas on locations and what is the average start up cost.

I stay in Lagos and it will be in Lagos

I intend to have a manager pay salary (not much) and then commission

The commission is the attractive point to enable the manager go all out to grow the business

Most preferably a lady and social media savvy. I intend to pay bloggers for advert and also create awareness

A whole lot of due diligence was not done b4 the vehicle was given out. I am into transport business in Abuja too, and I usually advise those who want to do transport business in Abuja on steps to take to avoid stories like this.
