the windows os is either higher than the pc or it was not properly installed & if it is windows 10 i advice u update ur windows,be sure windows defender firewall is turn on incase of malware,at least 2-4gb ram,finally be sure all your system drivers are up to date & runing

What is the model of your laptop?

From experience the error you are getting is quite generic and caused due to multiple reasons.

This will require some troubleshooting to get fixed but my best guess is either a corrupted OS installation or Hard disk failure.

I paid to change my course before I will be able to print my jamb admission letter (#2,500) but I couldn't fill in the new course the school gave me as the drop down on the jamb portal didn't bring out any option.
