But how did we come to the conclusion that the BVL correspondence letter suggests decision has been made on the application? Is there anywhere this is documented apart from observed trend? Because when you read the content I believe it should ordinarily be sent after biometrics is completed for first time applicants and immediately for subsequent applications. My thoughts though.

I'm not sure, but I believe this should correspond to:
1. Bachelor's degree or other programs (three or more years)
2. One-year postgraduate diploma

You need to enter it individually. One degree at a time. Then it'll compute the two or more automatically.

Thanks Cochtrane. But I am still a little confused. So WES evaluated only my spouse' HND as 3 years diploma and 1 year pg cert without receiving the transcripts for the OND transcripts. So in this case do I have to duplicate the HND in ee profile and put the 2 certs? Please help clarify

Please, my transcript was sent to wes usa in error. But, i haven't made payment yet. Can they evaluate for eca from there? Or do i need to send another transcript to wes canada.

I'm afraidto make payment so i dont waste money. Has anyone made this mistake? What do i do please?

Please don't make payment o or else u just dashed them money. One of my friends had same issue and had to pay a second time even when it was Wes' fault co he had mails where he had asked them if he could proceed with the USA WEs. Just abandon that profile and create another Canada one. All the bedt
