Balkan:its funny how u guys continually accuse the victimz of victimizing themselves...how exactly does the north tend to benefit from all these...in my opinion, id pray that whoever is behind thsese attrocities be exposed and may they get equal cruelity before their lives terminate |

I mean its just total injustice, u wont ask what happened, u wont seek to resolve the matter but once u hear a man hit a woman then automatically the man is at fault, everyone just begins to rant without questioning the root cause, with this the woman can only become worse. Com on, its not only men that are armed robbers or hired killers, women to do that...wat goes on in a womans mind could also be dangerous...we need to stop this nonsense of if u hit a woman u are not a real man...bullshit, a respectul woman being hit by a man constantly is totally wrong that bullying, and its not just women that are vulnerable to bullying...men bully men as well..bullies are bad. A women who contantly jam talks, misbehaves to always keep the man below her is also a bully, women bully men and also women... so generally, if u find yourself in such situation do what u can to correct it...watever means that is appropriate. Thats what is important. |
2legit2qwt:thank you o Some women are naturally abusive, just the way some men are...so a non abusive man hooks up with an abusive woman n sge continally abuses him emotionally and otherwise n u expect him not to react...some women deserve thousand slapps once awhlile else thier wing would only continue to grow. Trust me the only thing that can corrct some women are very nice sudden slaps. Just one or two when shes grown some wrong wings. Imagine a woman locking her child out 11 pm cuz she was angry with tje father, came out, brought out all his certificates and burnt them allll...waec, uni, etc... seriously wud u just walk away |
Amadaz:some times it just beyond you...iv also bin driving for over 15yrs and never hit anyone but bin hit a couple of times but alas this year while driving on an express way one okada man just tried crossing without looking and just stopped right infront of me. It was an unavoidable hit. He flew into d bush while ma car was badly damaged. Thank God he didnt die, everyone around saw it clearly dat he just was at fault. I took him into his town, where his friends and family was n got him treated there...the comminity where he was were so good that even his folks didnt use sentiments to judge, when they all heard wat happened they clearly rebuffed the victim. And later protected me from police wahala. I began to wonder why I couldnt have just gone to the police but everyone I told simply said I wont want to go thru police wahala...and I just had to believe cuz before I left they were already hovering looking for who to victimize...the community know how they extort and make issues out of nothing...really its just the police that could have bin the safest place but here in nigeria ud end up being a bigger victim for trying to put ir trust in the police even though they still remain the safest heaven when in such situation...may God help the police so we can trust them more |
So does that mean that no one here had his or her first kiss after marriage |
Out of curiosity from the recent forgotten hype of the cassava flour, cassava bread and the likes I would find it interesting i could get feed backs from how successful or challenging it has been for those who keyed into the programme...so business goons lets hear you...and for those of us who are yet to start or know a thing or two about this topic plssss share something. Ooowww k |
Kai! You guyz should reason objectively abeg, even the Almighty US borrows money for developmental projects...wats important is if the state is credit worthy enuff to pay back wat ever money was borrowed. Lagos has been able to creatively institutionalize the are of generating bankable income daily, hourly, monthly etc therfore making it credit worthy at all levels. This is where most other state have failed therefore soley relying on fedral Allocations. If the fedral government did the same we wouldnt need to depend on oil so much |
NifemiOlu:I really wouldnt want to dwell in the stories of the terrorists but to answer you...I was responding to his argument on muslims not being happy in the the islamic states so I said all that to emphasise the point that it wasnt so before the invasion of the west for what ever reason justifiable or not. I never said isreal is a chisten state I said the west, im very aware of the fact that they are jews in there...and the other islamic states...malasia, indonasia etc...I cant be naming all of them... the point again there is that the contries he mentioned as unhappy where induced not to be happy. |
all4naija:bros abeggi, im very sure nigeria and most other countries in Africa were colonized by the western states...with violence, slave trade etc...the era u speak of was like that. Its the same way they came to us they went on on them in those islamic states creating turnmoil...pls read the histories very well and tell me where it so happened that they started the offensives. Be honest and objective. Seconly, the state of israal was named a country 1945 or so by the un through the influenced of England. The jews never had a country, they forcefully took that portion of palestine vith violence. U can do your research on dat. Thirdly boko haram...its funny haw christens seeit like its all against them. Like when each bomb blows it seperates the chistens from muslims or all d kidnapped girls were all christen...the attacks are in the north, its not in the south nor east its where majority of muslims reside. Mosques have been attacked, islamic clerics have been killed and yet you all make it seem like its against chistens, the war is on Nigeria but affecting the northerners the most. before anything they would say they want to isamatize nigeria, haaaawwww.? Of all the states in nigeria wud it be in the north they would attack when we know the east have the better number of xtains...pls lets be objective in our thinking, we are all blinded with so much hate that we dont know who our real enemies are. May God open our hearts to love as we should love one another and strengthen us with wisdom to see who are real enemies are |
NifemiOlu:so muslims are not happy in Dubai, saudi Arabia, Qatar etc...arnt those islamic states?15 yrs earlier im sure the countries u mentioned as not BEING HAPPY were once very happy and peaceful until the west came in to interfare with their internal politics...first it was sadam, later the haunt of bin laden in afganistan, then gadafi in libyah, then the comstant oppression from isreal on palestine even though u fogot that palestinia accommodated them initially before the were bullied out of their land to create the state of isreal. |
all4naija:good so u see thats you and your thinking, they feel otherwise and choose that path, if its wrong or right its what they believe, if u believe otherwise it would be very wrong to impose urs on their choice. They werent forced to it the chose to obey at will and when they feel otherwise they would stop..my point is ushouldnt because u see it as mere think they should as well |
all4naija:A Shame! Really! Would u as a christen choose not to read the bible because the world see it as archaic, its not d parents who ask dem to wear it, its not the arabs, its not the society, its an instruction from God. It says cover ur hair, ur bossom, dress modestly...its not the prophet who suggested it. Its like banning fasting because u feel its wrong to starve ones self...its beyond wats felt, itssimply worshipping |
LordReed:I know dey used to have special uniforms for the muslim girls in QC dont know about now. |
isick:baba alawos are not exactly constitutionally rrcognized therefore coming with things related to charms wont be tolerated. |
millionaireman:if u choose to disobey mans law ur punishment would come from man...covering of the hair and other body parts is an instructiom from God. Muslims who sincerely believe in this understand the importance of disobeying that instruction. It would be wrong to force them not to obey wat they believe are are willing to uphold...no mattee how fast moving or how slow anything is when u believe theres life after death ud want to protect ur salvation soo if one man made law wants to interfere with Gods instruction den those who believe would reject it. Pls be objective on your reasoning. Wearing it isnt mandatory on anyone, I dont see how it affects others so why ban it |
dicefrost:If we are not to bring religion into schools then I believe morning devotions and fellowships should also be banned. As nigerians we all have our differences both ethnic and religion the problem is our inability to objectively tolerate these diffferences and just focus on being nigerian. Its easier to discredit a fellow nigerian based on his religion or ethnicity more than his or her personal attitude. Covering of the hair isnt an option in islam, its mandatory. So once that is altered, a whole lot can spring out of it. |
May God really save us in this country, iv read a lot of post here and all seem to be for the hijab ban. Im sorry but in my opinion I believe most of us here are judging based on the current crisis going on in the world as to how islam is potrayed as violent and conservative. We forget that long before now students have being wearing hijabs to schools without complains. Its part of the religion. Every morning from mondays to sunday christens do thier morning devotion, on asemblies mon to thursday they pray on asemblies leaving just friday for muslims. If we really must grow in this nation we need to understand how to tolerate our differences by understanding objectively the reasons behind issues perhaps we would begin to see how all the atrocities being displayed over the world are extremly anti-islam. |
