princfred: That most pastors are fraudsters and sex maniacs .. Would it be nice to subject all Christians to policies that prevent them from doing something because we all know most chistains are fraudsters and sex maniacs... Would you like to be treated as one just because a few did so? We don't even know what hate speech is....we don't even know how we hurt ppl trying to say we know better... You can prove this right or wrong or what ever....in the end you sure would be better off for doing so...cheers |

ikennaf1: The suit and ties everyone wears is from where again? If you don't wear it properly to defend projects you loose scores, to get job's....why is the tie eprn so tightly in this very hot sun we live in...do Muslims have a problem with wearing suits? Do they mandate it that they must come in their jalabs? The biggest injustice reeks on this platform...we believe tolerance is asking someone to drop their values even if its for a few hours...nobody would die...than of is for you to overlook their mode of dressing and accept them for who they are...lol who really is intolerant? |

princfred:Then is it proper that the venom be expressed through the kids? Or others who aren't the same as the perpetuators of crime. Do you get constantly attacked by Muslims in your neighborhood? Can you see how reactive you are to those who you don't even know and expressing so much hate? Can you build peace by fueling hatred and oppressing others based on sentiments that cannot be diagnosed? This isn't how peace is created...tolerance and mutual understanding is how peace is built...no one likes to be devalued why do that on others...even kids? Pls I urge you to rethink and understand that not everyone is the same...in the end we are either good or bad...religion PR what not don't determine that its our individual attitudes that defines who we are. I wish you and your family good life n peace... Cheers! |

princfred:How in the world those this sound impository on anyone? Are they forcing other to wear it? Its on them not on others...that they are being forced to remove it can't is forcing values? How? Haba...the school isn't a Christian private school... Its a public institution thus everybody fundamental rights should be protected ....this simple! Be more tolerant! Read the previous msgs above its clear that the reasons most are against it is out of isamophobia ... Gosh! |

dracosith: So thanks for admitting....its more about the hatred more than the hijab...see wherec the seeds of hatred are being down from....ppl defending their fundamental human right are seen as ppl intolerant, violent and extremist but those who are fighting that a sect shouldn't based on their phobias are the good ones...look need I say more |

Akjwyzepal:How its seen can't be judged by you cuz u don't share the same beliefs ...its hurful enough to laugh ridicule and the likes but forcing others to stop their beliefs is highly oppressive. As said earlier this is exactly what forms racism from whites to blacks |
Education / Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by jojotemitopaz(m): 1:05pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
Akjwyzepal: When the blacks were always forced to sit at the back of buses...were there no laws to back them up? Who created those laws? Wearing hijabs are not your values so you can't understand what it means to wear one. They know why they do that. Its oppressive to force someone to drop his or her values for any reason...leg shuib refused to denounce Christianity in the face of death...it was just for her to say a few words...but she didnt ...that's how ppl uphold values....to u wearing hijab is something that can be compromised to Muslims it is not...u are not a Muslim so u can't speak for them...rather you should be compassionate enough to help uphold their values ...this is how to create peace and not the other way round. |

resurgent4oodua:You sould exactly like a racist who hates blacks and calls them violent...if you can't see the level of intolerance in your words and how you are already sowing the seed of hatred in your children based on your understanding of Muslims....if you see...its not about the hijab but your views on Islam that is fueling your stand...objectively wearing an hijab or not doesn't in anyway affect you but your phobia is why u believe and are oppressively saying they shouldn't wear it...bro its you who needs to be more tolerant andcaccommodating... Stop sounding like a religious racist |
Education / Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by jojotemitopaz(m): 12:48pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
princfred:I think you would need to revisit the stories of the past where it was against the law for blacks to sit where the whites sat. That there are laws don't mean that there is justice. The laws where created for the whites to be superior over the blacks...now would you say every black man that revolted the injustice wax wrong to have gone against the law even though it was clearly oppressive against them....as I have said and been saying ..where we should be preaching tolerance we are preaching hatred and expecting us to have an environment full of peace....I hope we all learn to be more tolerant anyways |
Education / Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by jojotemitopaz(m): 12:41pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
resurgent4oodua: And you cant see where the problem lies? You are oppressing the values of those you have phobias for and you tagging in on a law....where you need to preach tolerance to yourself you are fueling it with hatred....this is where Nigeria's problem is...we hate ourselves and pretend as though all is well...this is how the whites hated the blacks and always managed to somehow push the blames on them even though they were the obvious victims |
Education / Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by jojotemitopaz(m): 12:28pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
dracosith: Have you objectively seen the world to see where the troubled hot spots are? Objectively, who gets killed the most in their own countries? If you go to the north the larger populations are Muslims. Who gets killed, raped and enslaved the most? How many Muslims can go to the east to build mosques anywhwre and brag about it anyhow? But who makes the loudest noise? Who cries foul even when the issues have nothing to do with them... The big problem is we are all getting less and less tolerant of one another and wanting to impose our believes on others ... If you check this objectively you would see that those who are crying as victims are the ones who are actually oppressing 1 Like |

princfred:If he or she upholds those values to his or her life why not? The point is u can never create balance in a system by oppressing the values of one over others. Those are not your values so u can never understand why it is they do what they do to protect it...its this simple....tolerance is what I see every one lacking...you see their values through yours and assume what is best for them or not...that pure intolerance and injustice |
Education / Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by jojotemitopaz(m): 11:22am On Nov 13, 2018 |
princfred: Its their value, not yours that's the point...you have your values and would always guard it...forcing everyone to drop their values to align with laws that in every sense is biased itself is injustice ... As I have said where tolerance is missing hate is replaced |
Education / Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by jojotemitopaz(m): 8:26am On Nov 13, 2018 |
I have read lots of comments here and if we would be objective...the people pointing fingers at Muslims for being too religious are actually the ones being non tolerant...to start with, you want to force other individuals to see things your way based on in qoute 'law' when u are fully aware that it is purely against their values...no one is forcing everyother person to put one on but you are forcing the to put it off meaning forcing them to change their values...how would you feel if you are being mandated to stop going to church? Not like every one does but if you were forced to stop it wouldn't you feel oppressed? They wear the hijab for their own values not yours...wearing it in reality don't affect you except that others are less tolerant and less judgemental ...in a sane environment people fight to defend the values of others. If I had a budidst friend and I am a chirstain if I know its against his values to eat cows as a friend its not for me to force him to eat cows but help him eat something else aside cows...this is how to build a respectable society....tolerance is what is missing here and clearly most of everyone here would rather force others to be who they dont want to be rather than tolerate who they truly are and let peace reign .... This is what happens in marriages too...everyone wants to prove their values are supreme and thus impose it on others . pls let's be more tolerant with ourselves. Thank you 8 Likes 1 Share |

abescom:from her tone of speech and her vindictive rants it kinda shows she has character problems...I am saying so because ...I also have a personal experience where the lady I was with put me and my family thru hell yet she still goes out to tell the public that she's been victimized...some people are more of attracting public empathy over correcting their own personal defaults that makes common relationship thrive. Ladies that like to publicize their ordeals indiscriminately actually create more problems than solutions... Let's even assume they wanted to ammend the relationship...with wat she said here what are the chances of saving it...she has indirectly put the man in a position to choose between her and her family...A man who isn't happy in his home would hardly pick his lady over his family 1 Like |

This is pure misuse of media to create friction. Firstly, u have no proof whatsoever to even label the culprits gender, tribe not much to talk of religion. Then u went ahead to publish it without any form of investigation. U always want to play victims of religious intolerance at every slight incident to promote your false ideologies. U said they took your musical instruments, u saw Indian hemp... And the word criminals doesnt sound like a more appropriate word than religious extremists. Slander is a sin... Inciting the public to violence is also a crime.... Be careful Wat u wish for 1 Like 1 Share |
Islam for Muslims / Re: Divorce In Islam: Permitted, But... by jojotemitopaz(m): 7:58pm On Feb 17, 2017 |
Asalam Alaikum, mmmmnnn....i have heard this over and over in the course of me separating with mine. Sometimes I wonder why in a bid to satisfy our personal desires we tend to cleverly modify God's words... Allah subuhana watallah didnt just make it permissible for no reason...its ultimately to create harmony. Of course as humans we tend to misuse it. Just as it is with marrying more than one wife... Most women keep saying there's a clause there's a clause... Haba, fear God...it is permissible simple but if it should be done then the fear of Allah is enough to guide you in doing it right. men would fornicate and then convert it to second wife... That's also wrong... No one can deceive Allah it's only ourselves we Decieve. Back to the issue of separation. Honestly, words can't totally express how wronged I feel. We live in a society where ones a muslimah sees her fellow muslimah in distress and automatically take her side without proper investigation... And even when they do they still allow that sentiment overide their judgement. Injustice never helps anyone on the long run... It only further creates enmity. I am sorry some Islamic counsels get it wrong by just preaching to both sides... Sometimes it's knowing how to give justice and knowing how to correct effectively... Pampering isn't always the answer. Not everyone is compatible... Let's respect that... Not all unions must be kept together... A lot of people would take years to die in silence looking for peace knowing fully well it isn't in their spouse yet all in the name of forcing the union we endlessly search for what isn't in existence. Harmony can't be forced. The same way love can't be forced... It's built by two.. Not one...yes I agree it takes time for ppl to come around... But then who mends the damages. Where trust is lost, where there's to much hurt...meehn not all marriages work... Allah in his mercies knows that n that's why it is permissible. I totally agree... In all patience and perseverance is sooo key...but there are limits... may Allah help in giving the wisdom to know the limits and how best to decide to be or not to be 1 Like 1 Share |

GlorifiedTunde: This only fruit this protest would bare is violence...it cant force anyone to do anything better...if we really want things better...the same enery used in gaining momentum for protest could be used to practically solve our internal problems...we always expect Government to provide jobs but we are too lazy to see thru how we can communually create one. If this movement is able to independently solve problems without much or no influence from the Government...then u can force them to make changes because by then we would have been well equiped. Now the best we can do is make more noise that can at best create bigger divisions and ultimately more violence |

I would employ you to read the Holy Quran from the begining to the end and objectively understand what exactly it preaches...u see what the manipulators of scriptures do is to use phrases and lines to create what ever it is they want to selfishly achieve. Jornalist ldo this a lot...they interview some one and bring out a few words he said not to conote what the interview was about but to create a direction of where the writer wants to schieve...this happens a lot...its clear where this is heading. It takes wisdom to read between the lines.... Sometimes u pat urcenemies at the back and chase away your saviour just because ur enemy had perfected plans to make u like him and hate ur helpers abnsugbe: |

[NafeesaAA: I just watched the scary video of Living Faith Church's Pastor David Oyedepo, declaring the Muslim as enemy, the North as born-to-rule habitat of "Islamic demons" and advocating immediate breakup of Nigeria. I don't know much about this dangerous man aside from the video of him, not long ago, slapping a church member for saying she's a "witch for Jesus." But the content of this hate-promoting video should rattle our intelligence-gathering agencies. I've never seen a slowpoke so passionately cheered up in a televised sermon, and obviously so loved. If we don't pass a legislation against hateful public preaching as Oyedepo's, and begin to have all our religious leaders punished for their transgressions, we may just be waiting for a full-blown religious war. author=ScotsReferendum post=52788939] Get ready to live in your Islamic republic in the Far North Enough is enough Fulani herdsmen terrorism will no longer be tolerated again [/quote] And thats how some muslim clerics incites its followers to violence...ultimately leading to war...trust me this is what some have been craving for a long time ago...u wernt there or ever hear what some christens do up north that made some rise in violence against them...hate speech by a cleric is very very dangerous...u wont be able to curtail it when it breaks out. |
Agriculture / Re: Chickens Forced To "Skip" Meals As Cost Of Poultry Feed Rises By 100% by jojotemitopaz(m): 9:11am On Aug 27, 2016 |
Nigeria is currentll'y facing a double edged tsunami...first from the drop in oil prices that has made dollars really scarce and secondly from local source of raw materials which has been Brough down close to zero production by boko harm. Só the real cause of hike in food prices is different from the cause of hike in imported goods. An hectare would produce at maximum 2.5 tonnes of maize. If you relate it to cost...u would realize how unsustainable it is to grow one hectare after three months of planting. Then when the scarcity wasn't this high. One hectare can only give at maximum 140k after three months of intense back breaking works. To sustain the pressure of maize production in Nigeria...thousands of hectares must be cultivated effectively. Unfortunately years of unchecked Iinsurgency has forced most of these farmers out of business. Well most might have found alternatives so going back to that lifestyle may be difficut 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Op...its wrong to say this or that is the correct name of a fruit except it's is botanical name. Different tribes and cultures use different names and one doesn't make the other one wrong. Eg orange is not the correct name for Osan. Osan is yoruba orange is English. |
