Namaster: People who condemn the pastor and asked "why the girl needs pepple to forgive her" or to "show grace" and all the other drudgery are MYOPIC.
This is the WHOLE point of a church: A community of people who hold each other to CLEARLY-DEFINED standards of virtues and morals.
Accountability is PARAMOUNT!
You don't attend EVERY Sunday and Midweek service just to end up as a SINGLE MOTHER.
You'd be a DISGRACE to the entire congregation.
That means you have LIED and DECEIVED them by PRETENDING to uphold their set standards while in church just to be FUCCKING like a porrnstar outside the church.
That's HYPOCRISY!
SHAME and STIGMA are effective tools for societal cohesion.
When someone misbehaves, SHAME them in punlic.
In fact, the Pastor was TOO lenient. Were I in his position, she'd be EXCOMMUNICATED immediately after the apology.
The FAKE tears are so annoying.
She's getting ready to bring another FATHERLESS black child into the world. What did she expect? Praise?
She should count her blessings that she was only asked to apologise and NOT cast out as a PARIAH. |

dheolexaone: . I earn 500k as a wife and my husband earns 200k. I support in rent, pay school fees as they don't attend most expensive schools but have the best training from myself and the dad to back them up academically. Cook without waiting for money from my husband and don't ever complain at any time. We are here to help each other not a liability to one another. I solely subscribe for entertainment at home with unlimited data and I am still able to save up to 250-300k monthly after paying my mum salary and helping some family members for the month. I have a car but only drive when it's important for me and us as a family.
In all, nobody can help you spend your money. Your wants needs to be worked on. Shalom. Your home is a blessing, MA. |

etrange: Can you give an example of this “sane society” where this would be considered okay? You guys throw the expression “sane society” around however it pleases you without actually making any effort to know how things work in the so-called sane societies. If this happened anywhere in the “first-world countries”, the people parading this could would be facing serious jail terms. There’s no law against adultery, so the only people committing a crime here are the paraders, not the paraded. Even if there was actually a law against adultery, the paraders would still be found guilty of taking the law into their own hands instead of reporting to the police.
So next time you express your desire for a “sane society”, be sure to know what it entails. When I talk about a sane society, I talked about the individual family therein, the block that build up what we called the human society, there was no where I made reference to a first world nations up there in my comments, I did it because I know morals is subjective and differs from one place to the other but that doesn't mean we can't get it right as a family. It's always family first before the larger society. |

Bloggers should avoid going to heaven for now, they and politicians have no business gate crashing heaven's gate.
And for men, Some still don't get it, you don't make money because a woman left you, you get the paper for yourself because that's what your soul want but what do we have around just bunch of beings hunting for validations that wouldn't do their world any good.
Meanwhile, when I talked about sane society, I didn't refer to the first world nations or whatever nomenclature many of us have been taught, I see a sane society as a family, a unit, a block of individuals committed and putting in the work by getting the right thing done and doing what must be done for the betterment of the larger humanity. |
