APOPTOSIS: It's an Enclave. For Nigeria to progress, Nigerians must first love Nigeria and show it love. The country is so hated that people are only mindful of their region. Every region now protects its criminals. That's the height of decadence. Nigeria is Gone & Irredeemable. Let's divide this country. Nigeria is structured in such a way that it won't fall/fail and yet it won't progress |

mrrandomguy: And is working indirectly for him at the moment. 1. He was part of the media campaign against Jonathan/PDP using his Sahara reporters with precision.
2. If you observe him closely, he has been extremely vocal of PDP political products such as Saraki and Peter Obi, the messiah of Anambra.
3. He now plays an anti-establishment script of pro-poor, pro-masses. Tinubu, Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso are all part of the establishment. They have nothing to offer Nigerians.
Sowere's political opposition/activism is like the ranting of an ant. It will get the attention of people who are tired of the establishment, but it is not loud enough to destroy the establishment. ? When Sowore was leading protests here and there in Nigeria, you didn't know that he was working for Tinubu? Hunger protest End police brutality protest End bad governance protest?. With coalition, it will be difficult for Tinubu to win. Lolz. North central consist of Kwara, Kogi, Niger, Benue, Nasarawa and Plateau. Coalition can comfortably win Plateau and Benue. But you see Kogi, Niger kwara? Forget am. I am not sure of Nasarawa North west and north east? |

helinues: Whatever coalition can't produce more than Atiku and Peter Obi.
Atiku can't be vice president again as he already served 8 years as one meaning Peter Obi can't be the presidential candidate of the coalition.
If the acclaimed savior to save Nigeria won't be able to vie as the presidential candidate, it would be a turn off to most especially the people in the southern region to vote for the coalition when a southerner would be seeking reelection.
As for the Northerners, those of them who know real politics are preparing for 2031 because no presidential candidates can serve one term. Relax With the coalition coming up, I think the battle ground has been shifted from the north to the south but here is my projection. With North west and North East, the votes will be splited and the winning margin will be very minimal. The north Central, I think Apc might win even with a very little margin. Sure, the south east votes is locked down for Obi while the south West votes is for Tinubu. Now, south south votes are going for Obi then again, Tinubu will get more votes in the south south in 2027 than what he got in 2023. |

WizardOfNG: Wow. We have heard it all. Atiku loves Igbos and Tinubu does not?
Atiku's "love" for Igbos could not extend to him conceding the 2023 PDP Presidential ticket to Igbos who had been the most loyal servants of PDP for 23 years as at the time the PDP primaries toook place in 2022?
Men, the hate you guys have for Yorubas, that see you tell wild lies against them, na follow come from the womb. Lolz. In addition, the north is closer to Aso rock with Tinubu in power than Atiku coming on board in 2027. What this means is that, the north would prefer to wait for another 4 years and when Tinubu finishes in 2031, power goesll back to north for another 8 years. But with Atiku coming in 2027 (4 years for north) and finishing in 2031, it means a southern candidate (peter obi) will take it from 2031 to 2035. I don't think the north would want to wait or stay out of power for that long. However, Atiku is one of the people that scattered this same presidential rotation in Pdp when Jonathan was kicked out |

This time around, Igbos have learnt their lessons. Obi will stoop low so as to be exalted. He will deputise Atiku to win, then take it back later. That is the trick you people don't want them to use against your demigod who will be booted out come 2027. Igbos have learnt their lessons? No!!!! I doubt sir. The lesson igbos need to learn is not to force Obi to stoop so low to pick a VP position so as to be elevated later. And for the record, that is not how to build bridges. Igbos are not even in agreement with thier backdoor neighbours(south south).
Did you think someone like Atiku would agree to hand over power to Obi in 2031? |

ariesbull: By A Concerned Nigerian
I honestly struggle to understand the bitterness that some of my Yoruba brothers and sisters show toward people from other tribes—especially the Igbo. It’s confusing—and frankly heartbreaking.
Where does all this resentment come from? Is it something passed down at home? Are some parents really raising their children to believe that the Igbo are their enemies? That they’re rude to their parents or violent in the way they were brought up? These are harmful lies—ugly stereotypes that do nothing but divide us.
Even more ridiculous are stories told to children, like saying the Igbo “eat stones.” Are we now gods, that we create myths like this about other human beings?
Things get even more painful when it comes to inter-tribal marriages. The moment a Yoruba man chooses to marry an Igbo woman, it becomes an issue in some families. In many cases, the children born from these unions are not even accepted or seen as “fully Yoruba.” We've seen it happen far too often—and it played out clearly during the last Lagos elections, where some people questioned the roots and belonging of fellow citizens simply because of their mother’s tribe. That is not only wrong, it's dangerous.
Recently, someone made a distasteful remark about Davido, just because of the tribe of the person he associates with. I found that deeply upsetting.
Davido is one of the most detribalised and hardworking young men of his generation. He’s shown time and again that he values people for who they are, not where they come from. That should be celebrated, not attacked.
We all have the right to choose who we associate with. That is what freedom means in any society that calls itself modern and decent. Tribalism shouldn't be worn as a badge of pride. In fact, decent people have outgrown such thinking.
So I ask again: When will the yoruba stop this pettiness? It is becoming sickening!
When will we stop using tribe as a yardstick to judge who belongs and who doesn’t? We are all Nigerians, first and foremost. This tribal mindset has held us back for too long.
It’s time to rise above it. It’s time to let love, unity, and respect lead the way—for the sake of our children, and the future of this country. The first paragraph of your post doesn't make any sense and has rendered your whole post meaningless. How could you say the yorubas have bitterness against other tribes? How could you say that the Yorubas have bitterness against igbos? I have been on twitter quite a while and if you follow this tribalism squabbles on twitter keenly, you would notice that the origin of this tribalism can't be traced to any tribe. But it became more widen in the last general election. So saying a certain tribe has bitterness against another tribe is another form of tribalism again |

ElevationD: Better that you explained.
Now do not forget that the military competition among the world’s strongest military powers, daily increases. The Americans are in a fierce battle against the Chinese. That’s why each passing day you hear that they talk of a future war with the Chinese. The Americans developed hydrogen bombs and the rest of the world copied. Today, the Russians hold the largest stockpile of nuclear armaments worldwide. The game is looking into what your competitor is doing. The game is looking ahead of your competitor. So even if you make any errors with your equipment, you improve.
Trump chose the path of a trade war with China and the Chinese retaliated. The same Trump after his threats and actions, through back channels, has started negotiations with the same Chinese, who refused to be cowed.
I am not holding brief for the Chinese. I am only letting you know that the Chinese are not sleeping. They are thinking ahead of the Americans and the rest of the world. They have control of the critical weapons for military production. They make technological errors, but they will get there.
Thanks for a good discussion. Alright. Good morning sir. Have a productive day |

ElevationD: “You built a jet to detect another stealth jet or bomb that has not even gone into production”?
Did you read what you wrote? In one word you wrote built. The other word production. If it was not built, how was it produced. If it was not intended to be produced in certain quantities, what was the purpose of the technology? If it would not be used in warfare in future, why the effort?
Nations are thinking ahead. No decent nation wants to be dominated by another. While the Israelis daily pound and destroy Hezbollah with high grace equipment, your country’s military uses Toscano jets, bombing open fields and missing targets, while you all hail them. I know what I wrote.. You should have asked for further explanation instead of attributing wrong comprehension to my post. Most of these Chinese weapons are built to match, or, in some little cases, outperform western weapons. Chinese see Western weapons as a benchmark or standard by even incorporating similar names to tag most of their jet. This being said. Russia had the same problem in air superiority battle with US when they were building Jets as a response to F-15, SR-71 and even F-22. Now back to my initial post. I said, (China) has already built a jet that would track a bomber like B21 when the samw B21 for example hasn't gone into full loaded production |

valentino057996: *Another shameful outing by Seyi Tinubu* - _A giant national embarrassment!_
IT is a national pride that the Pope personally invited President Tinubu to his inauguration. The list of official delegation did not include Seyi Tinubu.
Presidents and Heads of State were invited for a handshake with the Pope and to our surprise, Seyi Tinubu found his way close to the Pope and was politely whisked aside by eagle eye security officials.
There were at least 3 Nigerian Bishops on the delegation and also the Minister of State for foreign affairs. All of them maintained their lanes and respected protocol. But not Seyi Tinubu. It was not the Bishops or the Minister that walked behind Tinubu to shake hands with the Pope. It was no other person than Ajantala, the troublesome child that will not let a nation breathe! Let it be clear to all and sundry. The actions of Seyi Tinubu has the full backing, endorsement and validation of Mr President. A Mafia has taken over Nigeria. Seyi for President 2031.!!!! So you wrote this uninspiring crap all because Seyi didn't observe protocol? Haba!!!! There would be many people too who would like to get closer to the Pope and take a photo shot . |
