Nairalanders! Here's What Mtn Did For Me; which prompted me to write this letter to saySay A Big Thank You !

I so remember vividly, the times i have had to
curse and
swear at you
Mtn for the #50 you deducted from my recharged
balances,
for unknown
activated services. Will i ever forget the
frustrations i have
felt
when i
could not get connected to friends and families at
crucial
times, not as a
result of limited funds in my balance but
sometimes as a
result of
unfavourable services.
What about the annoying moments when i have
had to
wait for almost an
hour to speak to your customer agents and end
up not speaking
to
any one. And
so many, many other faults anyone can think of
finding in Mtn's services. Why
am i saying all these? well bring me a million and
one faults whatsoever
you can find in them, and i would give you just a
single
reason
why i would
n-e-v-e-r swap you my Mtn with any other
network provider in
the
world. Notice
that i stressed the word 'never', and by that i
mean Never!
I have had to sit for an unfixed,coincidental thirty
minutes
lecture
about the greater services provided by a certain
network
provider over
Mtn's, by my mentor, and all i was thinking in my
heart while
i
listened
was, 'i wish you could just open my heart and
see, that for
better or
worse, i am married to Mtn. My sweet mother
had once
laughed over my
foolishness in rejecting a free Sim offered to me
thrice by
this
same
network provider my mentor talks about so
passionately.
First
was at
Alakuko, Lagos during their anniversary last year
and the
second and third
times were at Sango bridge and a place called

in
Sango too.
Do i have any regrets? No!

students looked forward to anxiously, but
threatened never
to
hold due to
limited funds. Who came to the rescue?

I can sense people's thoughts already, "he is
probably doing this
to seek
attention and favour, or perhaps he was paid to
write this.
Well, why
should i try to change their thoughts,i can't, so i
wont try, it is

world, they can think whatever they may, after all
we are all
entitled to our
own opinions. I write this to seek no favour,
neither do i
write
to endorse you
Mtn, for a renowned institution as you need no
endorsement
from me an
unknown common boy out there. For even the
endorsements
from
the powers that be
in our Nation, and the dozens of awards you have
bagged
locally and
internationally cannot justify enough, for me
though, the
impact you have
made in the life of we Nigerians. Sometimes i
wish your
managers were in
Government so our lives could glow as the rays of
the 'y'hello' sun.
And so on behalf of every Nigerian that you have
wiped their
tears,
upon the gloomy faces that you have put smiles

4.Why do you want chelsea fans to believe there are no #Campain
agaisnt Chelsea when it is getting more obvious every passing game.
5.Why chelsea players are the only ones getting the bans this days and
not the ones with the elbows, the choke slams, the kickboxers e.t.c
6.Why do we always know the result of our appeals before we even make them.

man on blacks with a whistle agaisnt burnley.
i dont know if you would ignore this mesage when you see it, but if
you do i am sure, i can ascertain the reason, not far fetched, because

I am just a boy, only but a young boy, just as
every normal boys you will and have ever seen,
only that this boy, this boy thinks not like the

palaces of V.I, and the reason is not far fetched!
It is because i have a dream! A dream that could
have made even Martin Luther King look and
definitely made him insane, pardon me then if you
think i am doing a silly thing.
Failure was common with every man and woman
who had ever left a lasting legacy here on planet
earth, so i would not try to get pity and sympathy
from you by teling you the hurdles i have had to
face, i would not say a word about the fatal
blows i have recieved from the great and
renowned university of Hard knocks, for actually
they have become the long lever i will place upon
the fulcrum of my faith, to move the world!
I like everyone of us grew up seeing and hearing
about the increased rate of evil vices in our
tertiarry institution, and watched how this viruses
spiralled down to our secondary schools with
nothing or less done to stop or at least curb this
evil to do bearest minimum all we do is shout
and warn and threaten this kids and the more we
shout the more they are pushed deeper into it,
some of us had lost precious ones to this vices,
nothing is more common than seeing children we
laboured for and had high expectations for,
students who had been reliefed of their dreams
before or on the day they wrote their final exams,
because they were killed by fellow cultists, is
there anything more common in our society than,
seeing young beautiful girls, our very own
daughters and sisters live like dogs on our
institutions, is there anything more rampant than
seeing under aged boys and girls smoke
quantities of marijuana that all the cartels in
South America joined together can not produce, is
our streets not filled today with promising
prosects whose dreams and mental sanity has
been snatched away from them by the wicked
grip of drugs, such as cocaine, crack, hench e.t.c.
So what is happening to all those moral lessons
rammed down our throats by our parents,
teachers, Pastors and imams?
Even i too was a victim of this vices, by them i
had seen my castles of pleasant dreams, my
edifice of creating a lasting legacy, my whole
world of happiness crushed and trampled in ruins
all around me, but i have found purpose once
again for my eyes have been washed by 3 years
of tears shedding.
From the depth of this misery and from the
flames of the burning desire that was kindled by
the feeling of not wanting anyone to pass through
what i went through, trust me, you wouldn't want
to know, I have stumbled upon an idea, an idea
inspired surely by the Heavens, for this is more
than the ordinary mind can phantom. An idea that
in 5-10 years to come will reduce to a mustard
seed these evil vices in our educational
institutions. An idea worth #50,000000.
So to pursue this dream, i will not beg for this
money but would work for it!
As many who reads this and has children in
secondary school who is already preparing to
enter into the university(sss2-3), or who has
siblings, relatives, wards, Children already in
tertiarry institutions and want to protect their
future contact me to be a life example to them
and also to train & teach them on Why & How To
Avoid Being Lured Into Cultism, And Other Vices!
In a way that has never been taught before by
any teacher who had taught on the subject
matter.
Am i pleading for you to patronize me? Far be it
from me!
I have only done my best to enhance/suppliment
your efforts ob them by offering a systematic way
to protecting your wards, relatives and Children's
dream from the wicked grip of this vices!
Remember the rhetorical question i asked above
abouy what happened to all the morals we are
taught when we get into the university? The

shoutings could all be lost by uncontrolled
circumstances and events that could play out in
our schools the better but there is one thing that
appeals to all students all around the world that
could be used as a bait to keep them from this

fisherman uses worm to get the fishes to be
where he wants, which is at the apex of his hook!

It is because i have a dream! A dream that could have made even Martin Luther King look and definitely made him insane, pardon me then if you think i am doing a stupid thing.
Failure was common with every man and woman who had ever left a lasting legacy here on planet earth, so i would not try to get pity and sympathy from you by teling you the hurdles i have had to face, i would not say a word about the fatal blows i have recieved from the great and renowned university of Hard knocks, for actually they have become the long lever i will place upon the fulcrum of my faith, to move the world!
I like everyone of us grew up seeing and hearing about the increased rate of evil vices in our tertiarry institution, and watched how this viruses spiralled down to our secondary schools with nothing or less done to stop or at least curb this evil to do bearest minimum all we do is shout and warn and threaten this kids and the more we shout the more they are pushed deeper into it, some of us had lost precious ones to this vices, nothing is more common than seeing children we laboured for and had high expectations for, students who had been reliefed of their dreams before or on the day they wrote their final exams, because they were killed by fellow cultists, is there anything more common in our society than, seeing young beautiful girls, our very own daughters and sisters live like dogs on our institutions, is there anything more rampant than seeing under aged boys and girls smoke quantities of marijuana that all the cartels in South America joined together can not produce, is our streets not filled today with promising prosects whose dreams and mental sanity has been snatched away from them by the wicked grip of drugs, such as cocaine, crack, hench e.t.c. So what is happening to all those moral lessons rammed down our throats by our parents, teachers, Pastors and imams?
Even i too was a victim of this vices, by them i had seen my castles of pleasant dreams, my edifice of creating a lasting legacy, my whole world of happiness crushed and trampled in ruins all around me, but i have found purpose once again for my eyes have been washed by 3 years of tears shedding.
From the depth of this misery and from the flames of the burning desire that was kindled by the feeling of not wanting anyone to pass through what i went through, trust me, you wouldn't want to know, I have stumbled upon an idea, an idea inspired surely by the Heavens, for this is more than the ordinary mind can phantom. An idea that in 5-10 years to come will reduce to a mustard seed these evil vices in our educational institutions. An idea worth #50,000000.
So to pursue this dream, i will not beg for this money but would work for it!
As many who reads this and has children in secondary school who is already preparing to enter into the university(sss2-3), or who has siblings, relatives, wards, Children already in tertiarry institutions and want to protect their future contact me to be a life example to them and also to train & teach them on Why & How To Avoid Being Lured Into Cultism, And Other Vices! In a way that has never been taught before by any teacher who had taught on the subject matter.
