(3) Each political party shall make such register available to the Commission not later than 30 days before the date fixed for the party primaries, congresses or convention

By interpretation of section 77(3) of the Electoral Act, 2022, obi was still a member of PDP at the time he was sponsored by the Labour Party and was screened as one of the party’s presidential hopefuls in April 2022 while labour party might have summit it registered form to inec without obi and Yusuf names on it.
