Personally, I don't do long term investments on crypto, because I believe they are designed for short to medium term trading.

Bro i will advice if it's possible, you should pretend as if you've forgotten about the fan or incident. Give it sometime for him to also remove it from his mind (like 3 months if possible). Make sure you keep all the transaction evidence intact. After some months, use a total strange number to call him. Preferably woman should do the callIing. Pretend as if you want him to deliver item to someone, once he shows up, you can seize his bike or arrest him.

If you play it well, i assure you it will work. Same trick i use to get my money back from a furniture man after almost a month of ignoring my calls. I seize his phone and he went and brought my money in less than an hour.
