My baby mama just relocated to PH yesterday as she prefer PH to lagos after staying 3yrs in Lagos. So the house will be locked due to those properties as i don't to sell them. Video is available on request and verification of identity is a must for both parties.

This is the idea, all things be equal if the car stays well used, you will not have (Major) problem fixing in the next 14 months at least, within this period you must have saved about 1.3m for yourself (with serious dedication and discipline which can be reinvested into getting another car (This you will have to save more to raise the money). But at least you know you already have 88% of the money you need to get another car. Then two of you will speed up the repayment on the HP thereby after 3 years you should be having 2 cars.


Any which way, you will have one car after 2 years if you work steadily and devotedly.

As long as you don't mind paying up in three years at least. Except you can convince him to buy you a Civic or big daddy. Plus, the resale value is very high so even after three years, you can still get a good deal on it which you can add to buy a car of your choice

Exactly what i told him. Personally i don't fancy corolla. I can't buy it with my money. I've used Honda civic before but i bought it from a wrong seller so i didn't enjoy it at all.

I'm very sure that someone like you has never left the four corners of your fathers house. I left my comfort zone (PH) to the Lagos in 2018 and it dawn on me when i realize that renting apartments is another task of its own.

I couldn't get any comfortable apartment to rent as the ones i saw was owned by some tribalistic landlord/landlady who keep on saying they don't want Omo Igbo in their house. I know what i went through before i get an apartment to rent.

Last month i traveled to see my family in PH and surprisingly, four of my Father's tenants are Yorubas and he never discriminated or troubled any of them as i personally talked to them and asked some questions from them (We were close).

Yet i never told my father what i went through in their hand cos i know they weren't the one who did it. But here you are generalising and trying to talk down on other tribe.

You think anybody that move down to west mean that west is better than their side? You think so?

Even the car that carried us to PH has four Yorubas inside. One heading to ABA, one to Owerri and two follow us to PH.

Until you learn how to pay transport fare to other state outside your tribe, you will keep on thinking everything revolve round your tribe. Rubbish

Yesterday, I predicted through the charts that BTC will attempt to hit the resistance at $20,899
Not only did it eventually hit it after several attempts, it broke it and shot up to intraday high of $21,369.85
That's a positive sign for BTC and the general crypto market.

For today, there's a pullback to a higher support of $20,743 after reaching $21k yesterday.

My prediction from market outlook: Again, I expect traders and bulls to defend the support of $20,743, depending on how volatile today's session will be.

If traders can capitalise and defend this new support throughout the trading session, expect the momentum to build from there, and once again, try to match yesterday's high of $21,369 or around that area.

It's a gradual battle for BTC, as it looks to keep conquering bear resistance above.
