Did u check it via engr mode

Download engineering mode app from playstore

Click on android settings, then click on phone information then scroll down to the network protocol drawer, pull it down to view the network options from there, if u don't c 3G then know the phone ain't 3G enabled

Don't forget that some phones Make 3G available to only sim 1, ensure that d sim u r using to browse is inserted in sim 1
