Hello Sir, in the event that one is denied renewal of visa because she gave birth on a b1b2 visa, is it possible for her to reapply and be given another visa? Or is there a ban?

In order to prevent spending more resources on the visa fee.

My question is related to an earlier poster, Pachos129081141's question about getting pregnant after the interview.

In that scenario, how can one update the embassy so as not to be seen as being untruthful, and as evidenced from the fact that it's exactly nine months interval from her interview she put to birth (as she said).

You only said birth tourism is Legal provided one is open, and can pay the complete bills. Please tell us how one can update her records in such an event.

We crave answers.

Is there any means through which one can get all terms and conditions, and also information regarding the jurisdiction of our b1b2 visas? Most of us do not know the do's and don't as regards the visa.

This will guide us accordingly and avoid people's visas being cancelled.

My wife, two year old son and I were issued a b1b2 visa which we have utilised for vacation, however my wife's sister, who is a U.S citizen wants to adopt our son so that he can live with her in the U.S.

Kindly advise if a private adoption will affect our visas, as we do not want to do anything that may affect our visa.
