By default the system should send the MySQL username and password to the email address you used. If it doesn't, the access the MySQL section on ur Cpanel and set it up.

Attackers can easily determine that your site runs Joomla! by typing "/administrator". That's too easy! AdminExile allows an administrator to add an access key to the end of the URL which will redirect wrong entries to the homepage, 404 page, or anywhere else without ever seeing the administrator login panel.

There are many ways to do it, also several extensions are available for you. I will list the once I hv used:
1) For backup use "Akeeba extension": http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/site-security/backup/1606
2) For Upgrade use "JUpgrade extension": http://redcomponent.com/free-downloads/cat_view/931-jupgrade

Try reinstalling a new server!

There are different ways to do this, it depend on ur level of experience shaaaa! However, try this default approach to achieve it:-

1) By default (when "sample data" is install during installation), there will a menu called "UserMenu"?
2) Enable that UserMenu, and you should have "Submit an Article" menu in it?
3) This "Submit an Article" menu would allow Barry to Submit a new Article on your website.
