Let me correct a wrong impression, Smart CV and Smart Cover letter is not an online CV Format or prototype or link you can go and download or copy, edit and paste. The question is, how far has these habit of download, copy, edit and paste taken us? The truth is, it has kept many applicants longer at home that they imagine and still fail to admit. The problem is, this copy and paste cv online doesn't connect to your reality, because most times, they are written and design by foreigner abroad, who understand only their environment and not your own Africa realities. For God sake, "you cannot continue to do things the same way and expect different results", it is insanity my friend. . How true is this?

It is true sir, there is no limits when you have a Smart CV and the ability to defend it.

As we continue to observe the Covid-19 lockdown, while expecting it to go away as fast as possible.....

I consider this a great opportunity for applicants ( unemployed and underemployed) to take advantage and review their job hunting strategies that did not yield better results in the previous years.

At the moment I am privilege to be a member of the interview board in the company where I work and I have interviewed over hundred applicants.
