Good morning all Please, I need a guide on this matter I want to apply for studies in portugal but most portuguese universities are requesting for authentication and legalization of certificates and transcripts. I also learnt that authentication can only be done in Abuja, how true is this? while legalization will be done in portuguese embassy. Is there anyone on this platform that has done something similar to please guide me on how to go about it. Thank you. |
