You're wrong. This was a communication issue.
I currently work in Excel and Grace Consulting, still at the same address, as a Junior Associate Consultant.

Most people doesn't know the name of a business due to no placement of banner, billboard, etc, at the entrance of the office, which is wrong.
I will discuss this with the Admin Manager so it will be rectified. But be rest assure that the company do exist and we recruit staffs for other companies we've done business with.

It's not wrong or bad to be in a relationship. What's wrong and bad is being in a relationship you only want to benefit and back out at the end of the day. It will disconnect you from your studies. Be friends with her first. If you thereafter falls in love with her, date her.
