Giftedhand47:
Face id is damaged
It can be rectified anyways

Are you absolutely certain that face ID can be repaired?

Loneley:
Hi guys,

Is there a way I can resolve this without losing my files?

It refuses to boot beyond this.

The annoying thing is, I have no idea what caused it, one moment the phone is working great, albeit hanging a bit, and the next, this.

I appreciate the help

Stating the Model of the device is important!

OK. Here's the update.

The phone came yesterday as promised!

The person said it's sold out but will help me check if her colleagues have. She's in Onitsha and Onitsha is very hot at the moment hence the reason she couldn't help me check yesterday.

Oh, what a beauty, I particularly like this color, please do a short review for us once you set it up

Hisalterego:
