So, the state chapter of pdp does not have a say in this matter? It's the national body of the party that is more concerned. This shows who controls the state structure of the party. Fubara should try to get chieftains of the party in the state to his side if he's serious about the 2nd term

Note that parties don't give certificates or NON membership cards when people defect.


I admit that it is hard to prove that they defected to APC,
but it is easy to prove that they left from PDP.


And what is important to this case is to prove that they LEFT PDP, not to prove that they joined APC.

Many of them think impeachment is a tea party or ten ten the children do as role play. They don't know is a high mountain to climb.
With Fubara having the chief judge of the state in his pocket, their thought for an impeachment died a natural death the day Fubara appointed his loyalist. He's the one to choose who to seat to determine the import of the allegation that may be leveled against the governor. I thought of impeachment will just be an academic exercise if carried out.
Peacecore please note impeachment of a governor is not going to market and buy tomatoes and pepper.

If local govt guys will lose as we were made to believe and then the 27lawmakers win case to stay back in office , don't u think they can still force fubara to conduct the LG
election.
That bn said don't u think if fubara men are really in control of River state as we are made to believe he will be bold enough to conduct a local govt election as a form of litmus test.
Secondly wike men are in charge of PDP both national and at state level.its a dicey one for fubara .
