Koeman isn't playing De Jong over Busquets. He's playing them together. Busquets is an established barca captain. De Jong one of the clubs biggest signing and koeman's country man. Hence, he's gotta play. Even when he was playing poor regularly. We thank God he's back to good form.

It is a bad thing if officials intervene on how the squad is run. A coach should have full control of the management of the squad. We dont want a sitting duck as a coach. Zidane expressly demanded this autonomy and he currently enjoys it.

Besides, the coach has again reiterated the need for Puig to leave on loan and establish himself elsewhere. His career needs this. The coach has no faith in him. He will rot in the bench if he remains maybe feeding off the scraps from less important games like Copa Del Rey.

Pedri is not overrated. I have seen him at las Palmas. For a teenager to have the highest no of minutes player for his club shows how good he was. He's has huge playing experience .. But barca will give him great things.

Just came online to see some individuals down playing Puig. Lemme say this first: I am delighted we have pedri.

This match just goes to show how Koeman lack initiative.....another horrid Substitutions. I don't know which point he's trying to prove with Mingueza– with his annoying "all players need to be able to play at least 2 different positions".

Imagine removing 2 of the 3 Best players on the pitch, only to bring in players not fit for purpose or like for like. If he had brought in his annoying Trincao, I might not complain. Trincao would have provided some threats and made Bilbao's left wing troubled if not powerless just like the Dest X Dembele combo.

His substitutions were truly weird.

The moment he took off Dest and Dembele, the right wing lacked sharpness.
But I'm not surprised. Koeman doesn't know how to do the right thing. That's why he's not a top manager.
