Two suspected gay pastors, Prince Ejimole, 26, and Lawrence Udo, 25, have been arrested and charged to court after they were allegedly caught having sex in a hotel room at Ijeshatedo, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria.
They are facing charges of having carnal knowledge of each other against the order of nature before the presiding Magistrate, Mrs A. O. Awogboro.
The pastors were arrested at a popular hotel at Ijeshatedo where it was alleged they usually lodged to have sex with each other.
Sources at the hotel said the duo usually lodged in the hotel under the guise of praying.
They were arrested after Pastor Ejimole and Udo allegedly lured another member of the congregation, Chidiebere Mozie, who needed prayers to the hotel. But they allegedly forced him to have sex with them.
Mozie alleged that when they got into the hotel room, Pastor Ejimole started sucking his breast and was pulling out his penis as well to penetrate into his anus.
He raised the alarm that attracted the hotel management who had allegedly been suspicious of their activities.
The management contacted the police at Ijeshatedo division who arrested them and took them to the station.
A four-count charge of conspiracy, unlawful carnal knowledge, etc. was slammed on them.
The first count reads: “That you, Prince Ejimole and Lawrence Udo on the same date, time and place did have carnal knowledge of each other against the order of nature.”
The second count reads: “That you, Pastor Prince Ejimole on the same date, place and time did gross indecency by sucking Chidiebere Mozie’s breast, attempting to suck his penis and having carnal knowledge of him.”
The police said the offence the defendants committed was contrary to sections 516, 214 and 516 of the Criminal Code Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2004.
They pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs Awogboro, granted Ejimole bail in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties, while Udo was granted bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety.

INEC office in Abuja was reported to have gut fire today due to electric fault. The fire which started at 9:00am stopped at 9:30am this morning.
A burnt smell was smelt at the building by some of the staffs present. when they checked, they noticed it was coming out from the voters registry department.
Director of ICT INEC Engineer Chidi Nwafor said they tried using fire extinguisher to put the fire off but the couldn't, when they noticed the fire was getting worse, they called the fire service and Nema. So finally, Nema and the fire service quenched the fire.
Though it was said that the fire did not cause a lot of damages as only one office was burnt. Mr. Nwafor said no vital document was affected.

Just recently the twin brothers performed at a concert in Uganda and now they have vowed never to set their foot in uganda again. According to a source. they were paid for their performance, accomodation and transport were also provided for them but the two brothers still spent more than expected and were later detained at a five star hotel where they lodged because they couldent pay for their excess bills. Now this has made them vow never to set feet in Uganda again.

The wife of the executive Governor of Rivers State Dame Judith Amaechi presented some cash and gift items to babies that were born on the 1st in Rivers state.

Mrs Nkechi (a baby’s mother) was said to have put to bed at 12:05am at BMH (Braithwaite Memorial Specialist Hospital). And also another baby was born at the University of Port Harcourt teaching hospital at 12:10am and also encouraged Nigerians to advocate a better welfare package for children in the society.

While presenting the gifts, the wife of the Governor encouraged the parents to bring the children up with the fear of God.

A source reported that the former Governor of Kogi State Abubakar Audu who was declared wanted by the EFCC has found his way to the United State. He was said to have arrived US on Wednesday via London.

The EFCC declared Audu wanted on Wednesday in connection with a case of N4billion theft during his reign as the Governor of Kogi State (from 1999 to 2003).

Audu was said to have ran the Governorship election on the platform of Action Congress Party in December 2011 (which he lost) despite this case.

The EFCC said Mr. Audu ran when some of its officials stormed his house to arrest him on Tuesday December 11

Some claims have also been made that Audu owns about three houses in Washington DC, Maryland and Connecticut.

Election into political offices for Ogba/Egbema Ndoni local Government Area of Rivers State will hold on march 2nd 2013.
The chairman of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Professor Augustine Ahiauzu made the announcement while speaking with newsmen in Port Harcourt on Tuesday December 18th 2012.
Professor Augustine disclosed that re-run election would also take place in Khana ward 17 and Oyigbo Ward 8, saying that there would be no primaries in these two wards because the election was cancelled and that the same persons who participated would be allowed to run. He also added that it would take place on February 23rd 2013.
He also said there will be Bye-Election in Asari-Toru ward 5, Opobo Nkoro ward 1, Eleme ward 6 and Ahoada-East ward 2, and that the bye elections would hold on February 23, 2013.

The Chief Electoral Commissioner also stated that political parties in Nigeria are eligible to sponsor candidates in the 2013 Local Government Council Elections, provided that party completes and submit an expression of interest form to participate in the elections on or before January 2013.
Mr. Augustine said also said “ for ONELGA, there would be primaries, we have informed the political parties and they are fully briefed. The election Time table is also out”.

An Idegene of Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State was sent out of the flood camp by the Deputy Governor of Rivers State Tele Ikuru because she was tested positive to HIV.

All the people in the camp went through an HIV test to ascertain the nature of their health while living in the camp but amongst them all, only this woman was tested positive to HIV and was sent out.
After been sent out of the camp, the woman and her three kids started living in an uncompleted building where she died. Social Action in Rivers State are accusing the Deputy Gov of killing the woman and thereby Sanctioning him for discriminating against people living with HIV/AIDS.

The Rivers State Government ended with the saying from now on, they will protect anybody living under the governance of Rivers State.

Iku Monday is a resident of Sabo in Abeokwuta, Ogun state. He has been in police detention for the digging up a woman’s corps from the grave and beheading her. It was said that Mr. Abiodun (the late woman’s husband) had hired Monday to clear his plot of land on the outskirt of sabo for free.

Mr. Abiodun had buried his wife who died during child birth complications on that same land. According to Sunday sun, the whole problem started when Mr. Akpan a resident there saw Monday beheading the corps of the dead woman and raised an alarm in the neighborhood, immediately everyone came out and surrounded Monday.

Monday excaped from the hands of the people. But the mob chased and finally caught him and striped him naked, and started beating him. He was later asked to explain his reasons for beheading the woman. Monday finally confessed that he was sent by a pastor of a white garment church (name witheld) who owns a mission center called Oloomoe in Ayetaro (go and pray to God if that is your church oo). Monday also said that the pastor paid him N6,000 to get him a dead person’s head.

Monday pleaded that if his life is spared, he will take the mob to the pastor. He later took the mob to somewhere outside sabo, a place called Oloomore, on Sanni Road in Ayetoro area of ogun state. When they got there, all the people in the mission abi church ran away immediately they saw Monday Iku.
Some fetish materials such as wooden images of a man and woman tied together, a cock in a basket with its legs bound, horns of rams tied together with red and black materials. These and lots others were found at the center.

The Pastor abi prophet denied knowing or ever seeing Iku Monday, said Monday is an agent that was sent by the devil to destroy his ministry
But the pastor’s neigbour told the mob that he has been suspecting the pastor, that he always make fetish sacrifices. In the mean time, Monday Ika and the pastor have been taken to the police station to face the law.
