Considering that a lot of things are involved in getting a new apartment
Especially Finances cos one will have to think of gathering 2 years rent agency and agreement fee caution fee then moving in proper cost of transporting your properties putting the new house in order etc
All these is not something you expect someone to just jump in and sign papers for to do in three months.
My opinion though
You went ahead to sell your property knowing fully well that the current occupants rent has not elapsed and you're telling me you don't want to join issues with your tenant?

I needed NPC birth certificate for something very important, now i have read some comments that says NPC does not issue birth certificate to persons born before 1992, that they only issue attestation.

Now i sent some one to help me get it as i am not around and the person went to a local government and got the NPC BC something like the one below.


my question is;
is it fake and can you get it any local government?
I was born in the '80s, is it possible that they still issue BC to people born before 1992?
Can this be presented abroad?

that must be fake cos no NPC staff will issue you a birth certificate if you're above 18
Anyway you can always go to the Npc state office to verify the authenticity
