pls, do they send you any email that your application is cancel/withdraw before you reapply,

quote author=damdee post=127847581]MY family Canada visitor visa was approved from london Uk and we are on a UK student visa

Wife and two kids Application submitted on August 31, 2023 AND 5 years visitor approval September 15, 2023 ( just 10 business days )
Mine - Application submitted on September 27, 2023 AND 10 years visitor approval October 25, 2023 ) ( 22 business days )

Both of us acknowledged our U.S A. denials in 2017 and 2019. Initially, I failed to declare mine, prompting me to withdraw the application. Subsequently, I submitted a new application after completing a webform disclosing both the U.S. refusal and the cancellation of the initial application. In total, I submitted two webforms – the first addressing the U.S. refusal and the second addressing the application cancellation. Following that, I proceeded to submit a new application on September 27, 2023.

We spent two weeks in Canada and have now returned to the UK.

So you can wait it out, Or just cancel the application using a webform and reapplying again immediately

good luck
Good morning everyone

we request for application withdrawal for my sis 3 weeks ago and we received any email from IRCC two days after that our request have been forwarded to the responsible office, this morning she got this email below from them.. have log in her IRCC account to confirm the email match

pls should we ignore this email or send a webform

Good day,

You have reached the Migration Section at the High Commission of Canada in Kenya.

Your e-mail address does not match our records. For privacy reasons, we cannot share any information about this visa application with you, as we cannot confirm that you are the applicant or their authorized representative.

To verify which e-mail address was provided on your application, log in to your IRCC online account. Once you’re logged in, you can update your contact information and check important messages from IRCC directly. If you need to contact IRCC, you must use the secure IRCC web form (email inquiries are no longer accepted).

Important! Sometimes an applicant does not have access to their online account because they hired an agent to fill out their application on their behalf. If this applies to you, please note:

Not all agents are authorized. Choose wisely and check if your agent is authorized.

If you’re paying someone for their services, ask for a written contract and get a signed receipt for every payment you make.

You and your agent must fill out and sign the Use of a Representative Form. Failure to do so is considered lying, and your application may be refused for not declaring that you used a representative.

We recommend that you always keep access to your IRCC online account. A lot of scammers will tell you that they’ve sent in your application, but they haven’t – or they might hide important IRCC messages from you.

If you’ve been a victim of an immigration scam, report it to your local police authorities.

For information about visiting, working, studying or immigrating to Canada, always refer to IRCC’s official website: canada.ca/immigration

i don't think his biometrics isn't completed because of the banned, my sis biometrics have not been completed for month and this is her first application.. and a lot of India complain about this on YouTube.. so it might be technical issue

Sir, in March 2019, you applied for a Canadian visa, but you were banned for misrepresentation and it automatically carry 5 years ban . In 2021, you reapplied, even though your previous biometric data is valid until 2029, and the ban is supposed to elapse in 2024. Why the rush to reapply again in november 2023 , and why did you indicate that you want to provide new biometrics?
is not completed yet,

and they are still asking for same biometric

Her biometric has been updated on her profile, and it will expire in November 2033.

What biometric are you talking about again?
and not found on biometrics check tools

Has she done her biometrics or not?

If she hasn't done biometrics, then forget about the application and fill out a new one.
happy new year in advance everyone

have decided to withdraw my sis application, i find out that her agent only upload one of her travel history out 11 country and he also put a wrong date on the travel history that he upload, i guess he didn't check the visa date and stamps on her passport..

available fund he put 25k and my sister didn't have up to 17k available balance in her account

he didn't explain the lump sum from her other saving account he told her Canada don't care about the lump sum fund

my question now, is can we withdrawal the application while her biometrics have not been complete yet on her ircc account

whats the consequences of withdrawal application?

can V O see this mistake as Misrepresentation?

Pls, what is the window time for Biometrics to update, is been 20days now they didn't update her Biometrics

MayorOfEdmonton:
Hi,
Just curious, why do you feel a need to explain money she transferred from herself to herself after you have applied?
Say I’m the processing visa officer, I’d ask myself that too when I see the webform & perhaps I’d more meticulously review the application.

Should you decide to go ahead, explaining the lump sum from the other account won’t be enough, how the lump sum was saved up over months(statement of account) for the other account should also be provided if your ultimate goal is to explain source of money clearly.
Keep the explaination simple and clear with documents to back it up if you must.

thank you, pls do you have idea of what to say/write in the letter
eorom:
My advice is to send a webform requesting for the letter of explanation to be added to your file as it will provide clarity to the processing officer on your financial situation. As far as a decision is not yet made on the application, I will suggest you send it ASAP.
