I share a 3-bedroom flat on the first floor of a high-rise building in Anambra state with 3 of my fellow full-time students & just before our last 1-year rent expired, we found out that our landlord collected #80,000 less as 1-year rent from a co-tenant that's married with kids. On confrontation, the landlord said it's because we're students. Now, he's insisting that we'll renew our rent with an amount that's #70,000 more than what our married co-tenant will pay. This also applies to 4 other flats in the same building occupied by my fellow full-time students. It may surprise you to know that our landlord pays #144,000 for a 3-bedroom flat(with almost 24/7 power supply & water) that he occupies with his family. Please, I need feasible pieces of advice urgently. Thanks

Well, 1 of the disadvantages associated with attenuated vaccines is the possibility of reversion of attenuation. This could give rise to vaccine-induced disease even in healthy people.

Don't be deceived. Unizik has always been the fastest. A national sports competition involving medical students was just concluded in Uniilorin. I guess that's a good reason for the school to end the session early so as to host the contingents.

I don't know about the slowest but when it comes to training medical students, I think E.B.S.U., I.M.S.U. & Madonna University are @ the bottom of the totem pole. Don't forget that in the recent past, Unizik has hardly partaken in A.S.U.U. strikes.

Normally, it takes 8 good years to study medicine in E.B.S.U. unlike the 6 years obtainable in most schools. I.M.S.U. medical students that gained admission in 2006 just started sitting 2nd MBBS exam. last week. This means that they are still in 300 level while their Unizik counterparts that gained admission in the same year are about to get done with 500 level.
