Nonsense talk bro. You have no proof of this.

All of you sucking up to this Andry Curry nonsense guy. The same idiot that brought Matteus Fernandez to Barcelona and said he was gonna be next Busquets. Matteus ended up playing just 60 mins or so for the club.

This idiot will end up unsettling Vitor Roque at the club while he's desperately trying to make it look like there's a fight between him and his coach.

How is the red card bus fault ?

He sabotaged his own progress by getting a red card ,can you even listen to yourself ? Lol

Ferran torres should not be playing ahead of that kid as a striker abeg

After we lost the league roque should have been starting games ,but now the foolish polish tinubu has started scoring against small team when it’s not needed all because of pichichi and foolish xavi cannot bench him
Do you remember that Vinicius spent sometimes in the Castilla of Vardrid before playing full-time in the first team? Look where he's today.
You need patience to adapt properly and play your best football. It is not easy to move across the continent and hit the ground running immediately. You need a little more time and patience.

andrewbaba44:

You saw games when we needed roque skill set to help ,how many u see am play ?

We are not saying Roque should be a starter ,we are not saying he should even play 45 minutes everytime ,we are saying play him when you can see he is needed and not just leave lewandowski at the field doing nothing till the end of the game

Oya tell me how many bad games Victor roque has had ,Maybe aside that game felix scored a bicycle kid where the whole team was even average
If anything, Vitor Roque sabotaged his own progress by getting the red card that affected his progress. When he got back from that suspension, Lewandowski already picked up form and Ferran Torres returned from injury. It's a difficult situation but we still have 4 league matches for Xavi to try to give him more minutes
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jpmoriarti(m): 10:35am On May 06
andrewbaba44:

How is roque and fati the same situation ?

Ansu fati feel he is a big player and wants to be a starter and Xavi said he can’t guarantee him that and he left on Loan ,if not because you are trying to defend xavi how can you compare that with Roque situation , same roque that was fast tracked to arrive January instead of the summer ,we paid 40M for him ,na that same person you Dey compare to ansu fati situation ?

Roque isn’t even getting half of the minutes fati got under xavi and you wanna compare the situation ?

To adapt to the team you need some minutes of the bench and not spending 90 minutes on the bench and watch lewandowski ghost for the whole 90 minutes ,the games he managed to score he was even a left winger

The agent is not using mouth to kill him ,have you heard that xavi isn’t talking to the kid recently ? I hope that’s not true sha
The situation is similar because Ansu father also spoke up heavily against Xavi for not playing his son as often as he would have wanted. The same thing is happening now.

I clearly don't see what the issue is. Why an 18yr old cannot bide his time, train harder to impress the coach in training and when given an opportunity, grabs it with both hands .

We all know that it is Xavi who sees these players in training. Xavi is not afraid to play youngsters. Lamine Yamal and Pau Curbasi are all younger than Vitor Roque but they took the chance they got and clearly deserved more.

Not talking to the kid? Like he has some beef with a kid? Please tell me another thing. If anything, this new thing of running to the media to yap, will make things worse for Vitor

Kilishihunter:

Before he'll talk he would have been getting feedback from the boy before it escalated to this level
If Xavi knew the kid wasn't going to really feature in his plans why not allow him stay in Brazil till the end of the season since he was already signed, No one expects him to be a starter at this point in time but giving him minutes here and there would be helpful in his adaptation and boosting his confidence, This kid didn't play a single minute against Napoli and PSG, didn't play a single minute in our two Elclasico ties, didn't play a single minute against bilbao in the copa del rey quarters, how do we expect him to adapt then? if im even his father or agent I'll be more livid than curry especially knowing the tons of offers he rejected to be with the club, This shit spoiling our entry into the Brazilian market in the future like okpansukka noted is what is even worrying me
The only thing spoiling our entry into Brazilian market is lack of money. Most Brazilian youngsters are Barca fans already. Barcelona have the biggest followers in Brazil.

Aa for Vitor Roque, he should be patience. He didn't instantly hit the ground running with anything special. His tardiness on the ball does not inspire alot of confidence.

Yes, I know he'll only get better by playing more but this season, we operated on a very high pressured moments, where wins were eeked out by the skin of our teeth or where we were left chasing the game.

All these situations were definitely not ideal for someone so young and who's still clearly having some adaptation issues with the playing style and even some footballing basics.

Like I mentioned before, it's because of the awful season we've had, that's why everyone is speaking up to grandstand, as though they all have the solutions to the club's problems.

Vitor Roque time will definitely come. Lewandowski is 36. So I don't see what the fuss is about really.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jpmoriarti(m): 10:03am On May 06
All these nonsense from this stupid agent is because we had a bad season. Assuming Araujo didn't have a brain fart and we reached the Semifinals and suppose to play a hypothetical second leg this week, you think this agent will have mouth to start talking about playing time for a boy who's not even up to 4 months in Europe?

Club pay 40M carry player come for January instead of summer ,the boy impressed with few minutes player ,suddenly na bench the guy Dey Rot put ,for what exactly ? We ain’t even asking him to start the kid ,keep integrating him into the team ,but no everyone must not play because of lewandowski

Even Marc Guiu that one self don finally disappear ,I wanted to say xavi is Spanish bias but this guiu guy baba no even send am again

Lmao

This Vitor agent will finally use his mouth to kill Vitor Roque career. Putting unnecessary pressure on the club never ends well. Let's not forget that it is the coach who sees these players the most in training.

This was how Ansu Fati father started putting pressure on the club and look where Ansu is today. I pray Vitor Roque does not end like Ansu but I don't like what this agent is doing.

You can't say Xavi is afraid to play young players because he has lots of them in the starting 11. This period was supposed to be adaptation period for Vitor Roque but these unnecessary pressure on the club just because the season ended badly, now everyone has a voice to take their own pound of flesh.

Vitor should have more patience. He's still 18. I don't see why the rush

Ass-lona, always killing careers with their full chest. You entered transfer market because you got rejected by endrick and arda guler, only to successfully bring this boy to ass-lona to gladly end his career.

Now the poor boy is very depressed, both at work and home. A tiger your club turned to ordinary puss-y cat.

Xavi always favors his country men, thats why your club can nver have blend of talents.

Your first problem that should be solved is to quickly sack Xavi and his management.
You just won a league title. Instead of to celebrate, you're still obsessed with Barcelona and things that I don't even understand. Barcelona is just living rents free on your head. Following all Barcelona fans page on twitter when he's not even a Barca fan

Barcelona conceded 27 goals in 8 games in the most important games of the season - two league clasicos, two games vs Girona, Super Cup Final, the QF vs PSG and the CdR QF vs Athletic Club.

A team without heart and character. Disaster. We choke at biggest occasion.

Unacceptable.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jpmoriarti(m): 7:45pm On May 04
I don't think the players want Xavi to stay beyond this season. Because I can't explain this sudden collapse of form after the run of form they had after Xavi announced he'd leaving.

This is hard to explain.

I saw a team who didn't want to compete. A team who have given up. This is unacceptable

We were actually playing well for 65 minutes, suddenly Sergi Roberto decided to pass the ball to the opposition to equalise the match.

This is just unprecedented.

How low can we go this season?

To be fair to PSG, they have had a lot of good chances to equalize in this 2nd half but they've fluffed their lines. Dortmund has defended well but PSG should have scored at least a goal

Pains me we shot ourselves in the foot against this average PSG side.

This was our best route to getting to the final and having a chance to challenge for the title.

Such a shame

Stop celebrating mediocrity abeg.

The only highlight you can point to the indomie this whole season is the overhead pass.

Gundogan this season as a DM has a better goal contribution than the indomie in his last 2 seasons combined.

Newbie Fermin this season has a better goal contribution than the indomie even with less minutes played.

Everyone knows that Barcelona missed Gavi more to injury than when the indomie got injured.

Your brazen belittling of Pedri's abilities or a lack thereof, is well documented here. So no need to engage you further when we already know the outcome.

Gavi is the man. I just hope that injury won't hurt his momentum. I see him cooking well with Fermin Lopez in our midfield.

That indomie spag guy can come up in 2nd half when games are won to recycle possession with full backs.
Pedri's assist in the 3 - 2 win against PSG, remains one of the best piece of footballing act this season.

Of course you can say whatever you like about him, just because he's having an inconsistent season due to recurring injury, but when fit, he's the best footballer in this present Barcelona side.

La liga may be won under Xavi, but you see those UCL nights in April and May, don't expect any positive results under Xavi. He's not tactically sound to navigate them.
I think we did tactically well away at PSG and got a win. We were also doing well in the 2nd leg, knowing when to attack and when to defend in numbers.

Unfortunately, Araujo red card undid all the good work. You can't really do anything tactically with 10 men especially with a Barcelona side not renowned for their defensive doggedness.

Upon until that moment, I believe Xavi got everything right and set the team as best as he could. Yes, I know the end justifies the means especially when it comes to today's football, but I take away lots of positives from our UCL adventure this season.

I still want to believe that comprehension is not a problem to you. I said Gavi and Lopez have prospects. Figure out what that means.

Gavi that gave us super cup against Madrid is not a difference maker

I know that Lopez is not at his best yet but he is that guy
Difference makers are players you can CONSISTENTLY rely upon to deliver, when the PRESSURE is at the UTMOST.

We currently do not have such players in our squad today. We need HIM.

Debroslink:

Actually we do have. Lopez and Gavi have huge prospects in our midfield when supported by Gundogan and a proper DM. It's just that Gundogan is getting old. Our defense minus Cancelo and Alonso is set. Our attack is the weak link. Lewa is spent and Rapinha is hot and cold. Ferran is substandard and Victor needs to be loaned out.

Xavi as the manager, we aren't ready for those epic Tuesday or Wednesday nights.
Lopez and Gavi are good players but they're not difference makers. I disagree with your position here and about Xavi, seeing that we were close this season, only undone by individual error by Araujo.

Generally, winning will mature this squad and make them battle ready.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jpmoriarti(m): 10:07pm On Apr 30
We need great individual quality players like Vinicius or Sane. In such a big European nights when the margins are so tight, it's mostly individual brilliance that makes all the difference.

We use to have one through a certain Lionel Messi 😍. Are we ever going to have another because we need a difference maker in this Barcelona team. Lamine Yamal is still too young to be burdened with such.

Well, we're going trophyless this season. But we won a game that individual mistake nearly cost us.

We should enjoy every win because we're fans not some investors. We shouldn't wear sack clothes just because we had lots of bad moments this season.

People are pessimistic because of the mistakes and all, but we should enjoy every good moment the team gives us.
