I wrote about this yesterday. This is the way foward, lets trend it and take back our viting power. Lets create 10,000 magistrate court cases for INEC, lets see how they will defend them. The Polling Unit officer will be looking at 25 years in jail.

Two things:
1. Lawyers in the house should help fashion out a route to start the case without it being the police or public prosecutor's case, so they do not hijack it.

2. We also need a safe way to identify those of us from same polling unit so we can join forces.

I am thinking of taking my presiding officer to court for altering my polling unit results.
I want to go to court on the basis that the will of the people in my polling was altered. I want to file a criminal case against my presiding officer (PO) for altering my polling unit results before uploading them. Thereby suppressing the will of the people that voted in my polling unit.
The constitution made it clear that we have the right to vote and be voted for, and it also criminalized the altering of election results.
The election act 2022 state that it is the work of the PO to transmit results, and in no way gave them the power to alter the results. I have my evidence, both results, the real and fake one that was uploaded on inec page and also video evidence when the election was counted.
Is it possible to take a PO to court, and will the court attend to my case? Which lower court should I start with? Lawyers in the house should clarify this.

If a previous trial has been declared a "nullity" by the Supreme Court, it is taken as if the trial never occurred, like it is wiped out of memory because it has zero legal effect. I think this is matter of technicalities, not apc or Buhari government doing.

He wasn't part of the appeal at supreme court, the matter was quashed, automatically saving him from the high court judgment.

And because he wasn't part of the supreme court case, supreme court can only deal with the issue b4 them. So if they're ordering retrial, it has to be for the appellant b4 them.
