Lol! Sometimes you just cant control your brain. Its on auto response. I have lost track of all the lucrative ideas i develop everyday. My motto has always been"see a need, fill that need". @amor4ace I did not come to lament on Nairaland so pls stop with the judgemental attitude.If you have ever been in this kind of a situation, you would know how it feels. I was confused and needed to know what was wrong with me. You get to a stage where you begin to doubt if you really have anything good in you. That was were I was when I wrote this. I get worried a lot and it was already giving me sleepless nights. And I just had to find out if the fault was mine for changes. You say I am childish by bringing this up here and that the details where too much. Yeah I did realize about the details along the way after I uploaded screenshots.but how that makes me childish I still don't get. I realize its quite easy for you to sit in front of your computer and judge me, but flaws and all, I am me and responsible for my actions. At a stage I wished this thread would just die off because it has served its purpose of letting me know where I got it wrong. But it just won't.

If you read the topic well, I was uncertain and wanted to know from experienced people on nairaland what exactly I had done wrong so as to correct it in future. If loyalty, hardwork, dedication or chipping in my ideas was going to be seen as overmuch, I wanted to know so as not to make the same mistake.
Again if you read through, I myself had realized what had made me opt for this job, I called it misplaced loyalty. I had been out of a job for a year and I had waited for this bank job even before going for NYSC.Now I can't explain the rational behind my decision to stick with this job because now it seems stupid. The way I saw it, the she interviewed me, saw what others had not seen in me for a while,out of everyone she picked me and I tot that had to count for something.she was just starting up,and she kept on telling me that if I were to stay with her, she would make sure everything is taken care of. You should even see the organizational chart she sent me,I was on top of the chart, plus I was going to be training subordinates.we had very good communication and I guess I tot that if I abandoned her now,when she had no one else it would be a bad start for her. It was a very tough decision for me, but I made it and I blame no one else for those decisions because I have learnt never to trust what ever a single business owner says.
And fabianjoe I resent the fact that you insinuated that I ignored the bank job because of promises of going abroad to purchase stuffs. I really do because its untrue. It never even occured to me. The only incentive there was that she was not going to be in the country and I was going to be managing her business here and giving her tabs.
