Due to some issues,I was not available for some days....m back...we continue on our block system...we are doing atomic and nuclear physics with semi conductor.....we will stop on June 8....we will start Chemistry from June 9 - June 30......we will use ababio,lamlad and A level chemistry...we are starting from the beginning...ababio,has 32 topics,ignoring chemistry of space....lamlad has 20 topics...we will follow ababio strictly and refers to lamlad and Alevel chemistry.... I will put d topic togeder so dat we can finish in 20days...i promise dat,we are going to finish chemistry and there won't be any break in Jesus name....July will be for biology....dat's for 30days....in Aug we will revisit physics...I think post jamb will be in Aug....beta,if it is in September...but let's assume august...so that we can finish,I will teach physic & chm online from June 10 to august 1 every night just for 2hr.....we are doing 40 topics...I will teach each physics topics from June 10 -July 20...fromJuly 21- Aug 1...I will teach physical chemistry n we discuss some organic...by Aug 1...we should be ready for post utme....

Physics and chemistry

You were in the sciences in sec school, weren't you?

You should have had good foundations in those subjects..

Well, nothing is impossible.

I think the reason you find it hard to understand them is that you do not have interest in them. Say for example you're reading a novel(esp one you find very interesting), you'll be able to recall most of its contents verbatim.. That's just it! I also think you see it as work(an unpleasant/boring one!) when reading. You've got to delete that mindset... Yeah, change it!
Do not see it as a burden and trust me, you'll be fine. My tips wouldn't help if I didn't tell you all that. And as for the tips, I had given some earlier..

Try using lamlard or calculation in physics.
jot down important formula study it on daily basis and solve question under it, I mean many question and try to relate the formula with your previous known formula i.e related to the topic you already know.
for chemistry study and know about the elements first. and try study about acid. those are the basis to firstly know.
