I thought their policy was to let latecomers in and punish them. That would be better, as it is exam period. Unless parents are abusing that system too.

There should be a 15min grace period after xhich latecomers are either sent back or punished appropriately.

oh I see. Sometime in 2021 I was so eager to make money on Forex, I started keeping late nights and still not being able to sleep properly in the day, I eventually fell sick majorly from a fungal infection and it drove up my BP. My BP hit 152/90 and I was scared. I panted by doing little exercise like push ups and even sex. At some point it worsened and I started having quick ejaculation, my wife resented this a lot. I swore not to take same medicine my mom is taking at this very young age of mine (was 34yrs then). Mind you, BP medicine has side effects that also affects your sexual health negatively. I quickly adjusted and changed my lifestyle. I cut out beef, processed food like sausage rolls, meatpie etc, all fried stuff became irritating to me except eggs I fried myself with healthy oil, I eventually dropped noodles and soft drinks. I started eating more fruits, boiled eggs, beans, boiled fish, nuts, drank only bottled water regularly and did isometric exercises like push ups, plank, squats. I also started sleeping very well. I also kept praying to God for a change. Now, all the headache, palpitations, dizziness, easily made weak has ended, my normal self has returned. I can now play football again. Bro, drop all processed drinks including alcohol. Drink water a lot and if you must drink alcohol, take fresh palmwine moderately, drop unhealthy food and eat healthy. Eat banana and groundnut a lot, exercise, Sleep at least 6hrs every night without interruptions. You will see a drop in your numbers. You do not need that medicine if you are still young. I hope this helps.

bros I'm in the health field ... If doc prescribe drugs for you... It's better you take it.... D BP drug is not something you will continue to take.... And for d side effect, it's not permanent....i don't drink or smoke... My only issue is sleeping late because of my work and I've stopped it.... I've not used drugs for a while now and my bp has normalised

180/115..... I used the drugs prescribed by d doctor, I think losartan and Bromazepam.... And I started sleeping early and eating properly.... Now I don't joke with my breakfast... Before I eat only at night after coming back from work
