I don't understand why there should be touts or agberos in Abuja.... I thought Abuja was a sane society until I drove bolt there for a year and discovered that some people do tout for a living and they even have office and id card.... What of those who are advised to do PGD when they have bachelor degree, to be able to do masters. Is it still a waste then, or what do you reckon?

d post is about HND holders but it's not for all courses.... For example if you studied architectural technology in the polytechnic, and u go and do PGD, many schools won't admit you for msc, you'll still have to go back to the university, before you can be admitted for msc, infact you'll have issues with professional exams.... But it's not d same for courses like environmental health technology, estate management etc, with ur HND u can do PGD, msc and PhD
