you'll keep checking, to get it low, you need to rest, I took a break from work, for 2 days, I dropped my phone in d night so that I'll sleep well... Then u don't need to take d drugs forever, I was taking losartan 100mg but I reduced it to 50mg, now I've stopped.... Don't be scared, nothing go happen... Jst rest and keep doing regular check up
