Bro say things you are sure of na where did you hear or see in uniben site that they need lga of origin its only required during physical clearance and its called STATE OF ORIGIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT CERTIFICATION that was what one of my senior course mate used for clearance last year and its done in VI
