I was a Presiding Officer in the 2019 General Election. Each Polling Unit had a RA Technician who was charged with the responsibility of getting results from its respective PO and then transmit same to the central server. I was given a password, just that I couldn't remember it any longer. INEC's claim of the absence of a central server is borne out of fear of being exposed and an irrational attempt to cover the secret of an obvious broad daylight robbery.
