Do you know how their fees and charges are like?

I can't afford another Luno situation. Those people charged me for depositing BTC in their wallet. Can you imagine that? How can I be charged network fee for withdrawal from where I am transferring from and I will still be paying for putting my BTC on your platform. It's daylight robbery.
