I like reading novels too. I've read all my life and a friend once said if I read my textbooks the way I read novels, I will never fail an exam. My best book so far is Sorrows of Satan, by Mariah Correli. Anyone read it? |

my name is jummi from abeokuta . i love reading novels preferably romance or suspense but u can hardly get a novel to read in these town so pls is there anyone who can tell me how to get novels. things are boring without a book to read. |

jummi: When i was in Nigeria i do send novels to my friends. But you can visit book stores in your town and ask them where novels are being sold. I guess you should be travelling to lagos once in a while, then u can get novels at Yaba, oshodi, ikeja and many other places at very cheap price. |

I love reading and I've read loads of novels from different authors. Basically, if I like a novel by an author, I go back and get all the novels written by that author. Lol! Well, I did this for Grisham and discovered his "A Painted House"; "Playing for Pizza"; and "The Innocent Man" aren't good enough to be Grisham works -- so disappointing  Same goes for JK Rowling. If you love "The Harry Potter series", please do yourself a favor and not go looking for her earlier works.  2 Likes |

I love! love!! love!!! novels. Whenever I am not reading or working, I am reading a novel! In fact novels are my source of protein and vitamins! My favourite authors are so many - Sidney Sheldon, Arthur Hailey, Harold Robins, John Grisham, James Patterson, Michael Connely, Michael Crichton, Mario Puzo, Tom Clancy, Jeffrey Archer, Dan Brown, Mary Higgins Clark, Louise Bagshawe, Francine Rivers, Danielle Steel, Jackie Collins, Agatha Christie, Catherine Cookson etc etc. However, I rather don't like romance novel. I find them too wishy washy. I also don't fancy Robert Ludlum (The Bourne series) and Fredrick Forsythe. |

Ifez: My brother and I do the same. We've managed to collect all Ludlum, Clancy, Archer, Sanders, Block, Kellerman, Forsythe and a few others. . .he's on Grisham now, we made a pact, i would collect Kootz and he will collect Grisham. |

I love love reading novels too so does my younger sister,you need to see our shelf. I'm more into romance novels,thriller\suspense,though I read any novel I find interesting,I remember I started very early,I was still in primary school when I read my first Mills and booms\hardley chase,I had a cousin in secondary school then living with us,the novels were hers,I used a dictionary to read it cos most of the words were too big for me,I enjoy novels so much cos when I read,its just like watching a movie cos I just see images in my head,some imaginative abilities I gat. |

slybase: It pains me to read through and discover there is no mention of John Grisham. There is none like him. Maybe you guys should trying picking up a Grisham. Sidney Sheldon is second only to him. I really love reading novels,whenever I don't feel like talkn to people I read novels. Its soooo cool,whether am sad or happy,novels does it for me.
