May I bring you up to speed that these batteries were replacements for the batteries first ordered (and you were offered a refund which you declined in place of a replacement) and it's not about 3 months? Batteries can't go via Express inasmuch as they're coming from China.

We wouldn't like the batteries to get lost again, so, we're doing everything possible to get them here taking into consideration time sensitivity.

Kindly exercise more patience. Please!

DO i have a right to be alarmed now? You told me to exercise patience without a time frame and I'm doing same. The battery according to your updates have been in your office since and you have not sent or even told me when i should expect it. Please put yourself in my shoes and know How i should be responding now. My trust and integrity is finished as it stands.

It is strange that batteries for phone ordered have not arrived after about 3 months, i know you guys are trusted but of what use will the battery be when the phones are dead? Please, i deserve my battery after all this patience. the pressure is on me and it is assumed i ate the cash and didn't place the order. please do something about this.

Sorry she took time in updating you. The challenge is with the batteries getting to Specuit Cargo (China) on the 13th latest, else they can't be dispatched to Lagos, Nigeria because on the Chinese side, work ends on the 14th to increase on the 1st of March.

Judging from your explaination, the Hard disk might still be functional, pulling out the harddisk and running it as an external, then running a disk check on the harddrive (with fix option enabled) will fix it (though it will take a while), Second and most common option is a quick format of the Haddrive (Not recommend though if you value your files).

Try it and let's know how far

I read my mentions and that is the reason for my questions, i know the new links i dropped had slightly different prices and that was the reason for the invoice, the owner of the first 2 items will demand a balance from me while the owner of the last 2 will need to pay extra so that i can belance the first owner...
