I gave a response to this thread based on what you posted.So,with what Dragnet has explained,I guess I get the rationale behind ur decision.However,I still think that slamming a fee on the trick is not in line with the spirit of Nairaland phone section.Your intention and rationale is now obvious:so removing that 1500 fee shud be a good thing to do.Dont give people the wrong impression about u.Peace out.

I just recieved a text message that my =N=175 MTN credit is on the way.Cant wait for it to come.

Is it a sis or java application?First time I am hearing of it.

Nairaland Phone section has a moderator,at last.His name is Siena,residing in Uk.His name doesnt sound familiar down here in d Phone section,but we believe it is just a matter of time before we know to get to know him better.Lets see the rules and regulations he will spell out and how he will deal with those guys demanding outrageous money for 'Browse free on your computer for life'. @venoc2003.My 2.06 can download videos,music and exe files perfectly except java files.It seems Opera Mod cant download jar files.So,njoy ur music/videos downloads while it lasts.

@donseaun. It is composing and replying Y!Mail mails that is the problem on Opera mod.Not reading mails.

This is where Mtn Y!Mail trick(Plan B) comes into place.I experienced the same problem too.If I wanna access my Y!Mail and delete my bulk mail,I use the normal Y!Mail website.However,if I wanna compose and reply mails,Plan B comes into place.I also check my Gmail e-mails regularly via an unofficial site.If the house permits and feels it is not dangerous to post the cheats of these network spies lurking around,I will gladly do so.If not,e-mail me for the links.

Is glo network d best?In my opinion,they are good but not the best.Their network signal is quite ok,but their Gprs fluctuates and it is not activated in all sims unlike Mtn which caters for these little things.Also,in using Mtn,their network signals is very strong especially here in Delta state and their gprs is very steady and always available.Occasionally,I also benefit from some little network slip-ups(like when I hv less than O.60,I make free calls after 4 days if I dont dial any number during this 4-day period and also this free browsing stuff).Also,their homepage and some downloads there is free unlike glo which are stingy and tight-fisted.So,I will rate Mtn higher.

Cafedeluv,the MtnProxy file has been very helpful. I downloaded d MtnProxy file to ma 6680 and am sending it to ma friends via Bluetooth to their Pc to help them rectify their Opera Mini(Mod) connectivity.I also hope I will get a free peck from my neighbours too one of these days and who knows,maybe feed her with the full details under the 'cheats'
