pls help. i intall avast antivirus but later discover nortion came with the computer. my systemdoes not boot well it stopped in the mid way and window can not open. what can ido. give me comand to delete the avast at dos prompt.

hi, i just buy new system. i can not read any file document i download or open . or document i transfer to through my phone . i try some conversion but couldnt work.
but i remember in my email document can be converted using universal conversion
