Hi everyone, I just want to briefly share my experience at the Zilt office today so others can be aware and hopefully avoid a similar situation.

I got there at 12:20pm and left around 4:00pm. I went to collect my red copy survey plan (as announced to be available from 12th June). After some delays, I was handed documents that didn't match the plot details I originally paid for—two separate plots I paid for outright were merged without my prior knowledge.

I respectfully raised concerns, asking for clarity before signing anything. Things became tense. I was asked to leave, and during that time, a video of me was recorded without my consent. This was upsetting, especially because I wasn’t being violent—I was only requesting what I paid for.

I didn’t involve police or any external body, and I was alone with my kids. My only intention was to get proper documentation and clarity,
