Please, let me ask a quick question: These Solar Street Light, especially the high capacity ones (400W), do l have to connect it to a Power Supply (Battery/Gen/Nepa) for it to work or does it have its own Solar Panels that recharges it every day, after the night use (as in self-sustaining and independent?

I want to use them at a Building Site (Security Light at night) that has no source of Power.

Yeah, it does have it owns solar panel that charges it everyday. It lights in the night (6:30pm) and goes off 7am in the morning, and it starts charging. Sorry for the late response
