Pls is there any elect/elect engineering graduate who was invited for the test?

These so called northern elders sef,I no longer understand them, I think they enjoy seeing those bastards killing innocent northerners...abeg middle belt the earlier we deny these ppl the earlier for us.

These are the questions I was asked during the phone chat:
1.in a situation where u hv an underperforming member in your team how were u able to help him/her perform.site an example
2.what do think about smokers.
3.if u are given a product to sell, how would u go about it.
4.how would u be able to meet and exceed the target set for you by your boss. Site an example.

@easy4beno that was what we were told by the HR officer before we wrote the test in zaria, remember we had a phone interview and the assessment would involve, a presentation, group discussion and a panel interview.

@lamidee88 Lol u sound funny, well I wasn't the only one that wrote the test there were about 50 of us that wrote the test. @easy4beno they said very soon but they never gave the actual day tho, the next stage will be the assessment center in Abuja.

@easy4beno, I think they conducted the test themselves bcoz it was their staffs that supervised the test.

I had a phone interview with them yesterday for the TMR north recruitment.

Any one out there who has done the phone interview? Please share your experience, thank you.
