I'm rhesus neg too . Was given rhogam injection after delivery. Bought it at the clinic there 10000 naira (Epe general hospital 2011). So don't worry you'll be given after delivery

Cost of Rhogam is determined by exchange rate. As at late last year, it was N21,000 -N25,000. Now that $1 to Naira is N305, I can only imagine the cost. This our special blood group, ehn. God is able. #Proud to be a universal blood donor, that's the consolation.

No mama/father would hear bout her daughter's suffering and would do nothing. Distance can't be a barrier. Ko possible. Let her parents do the calling, where necessary.

You have to take the #RhogamInjection. Read this...

RhoGAM only needs to be administered when
Rh-negative blood may potentially be exposed
to Rh-positive blood. This most commonly
occurs during pregnancy and blood
transfusions. For Rh-negative women who are
experiencing their first pregnancy, RhoGAM is
usually not administered until their 28th week
of pregnancy, and then again within 72 hours
after delivery. For every subsequent pregnancy
after the first, RhoGAM will need to be
administered at regular intervals, especially
during the second half of the pregnancy. It is
also extremely important for Rh-negative
women to receive this injection after any
miscarriage or abortion in order to avoid future

Just imagine babies having their roll call in heaven too, and BabyA says, Lord please can I show up on earth, now?!? Mama is so anxious to see me, she wants to know what I look like..you know I am cute, fearfully and wonderfully made! That's true my son, just a few more days, and all would be perfected. Let BabyB show up, today, while BabyC and BabyD would be born on same date in due season. BabyF feels so relaxed and not saying anything. BabyE and BabyG were busy sleeping). While BabyH M, N were all smiles...Then, I heard God says, I have got great plans for you all. You are subduing the earth, and would fulfill destiny! Go in the strenght that I have given you, bringing joy, peace and happiness to every home you represent. For every time a child is released to earth, another is conceived somewhere, you are my delight.

This story brings back memory.
That awkward moment when you approached a governor's wife's office to request for donation of wheelchair for a physically challenged student in the community, as a corps member, and your request was turned down. Well, although the request wasn't approved by her excellency, her office Director suggested some strategic ways to raising fund to buying. His suggestions were followed to the latter, and we raised enough fund to buy for 6people etc. On the day of presentation, the Director was present with some others... Interestingly, something happened at the venue, which brought him to tears.. And, that was, that one of the awardees, a young boy who couldn't walk, and who uses a wheelbarrow...as a means of transportation, was his relative!! And, For the first time in many years, he was meeting the boy's mum who also came for the presentation.. I only watched in awe.

One thing that I have learnt is that when you do good, it comes back to you. It's been 10years now, but I can't forget that moment in a jiffy. What if the. Director hadn't been supportive of the project? What if he hadn't suggested other ways of getting the project done? God bless him wherever he is now, and the young man.
