A breakup is one of the most heart breaking thing a woman can ever face, hence the name. When it comes to losing weight, a lot of us procrastinate. Trainers and instructors make it look like it's easy to do but it's not especially when there is so much deliciousness to eat. I will like us to work this out together cause i want to loose a little weight but i still want my ass to be big o, lol and i want us to be realistic, no expecting miracles and also if you mess things up, be sure to pick up, it's not a competition. So i will just list out some tips on how we can do this and we'll see how it goes. Make sure to take pictures.

1. Avoid eating Breakfast
I know they say, it's okay to eat in the morning o but if we can avoid it, abeg let's do it. Me that is writing, it will be difficult for me but am willing to take the chance by tomorrow and also make sure your meals are small and try to avoid late night meals. If you have a husband like mine then it will be difficult but it's to our own betterment.

2. Drink Hot Water with Lemon
Let us add lemon tea to out diet and i will suggest that instead of buying the tea bags, just squeeze out the lemon juice into your teacup and add a teaspoon of honey, hot water and that's all. It will help well well and It aids digestion, flushes out toxins in your system, and can even help curb your appetite. If we can stop taking teas and all those liquids, it will be good and taking it in the morning and night is very very good if we want to loose it fast and the best is that it's au naturale.


3. Stroll/Walk around your area

I was once single so i am permitted and in a position to say write this. Make Yourself The Perfect One

How are you guys and how is your May Day, guess there’s so much fun in the air. Am home alone o cause hubby had to go to work,
but I decided to bring you this story from one of my readers who sent it via Whats-app. A lot of women have gone through things like rape and abuse but not many have or can talk about it probably because of societal stigmatization. I can remember watching an episode of moments with mo and a lady talked about how she was raped twice in an secondary school days by her male friends and by some random guys and it really pierced my heart. No woman is supposed to suffer like this not even the worst of them. So this story is to encourage women to speak out to others that it is okay to be depressed after such horror, it’s okay to trust but when people take this things for granted, the law of karma catches up with them and that the only way is to get up and walk tall again, feel beautiful again and love truly cause all hope is not lost when it comes to guys. Not all of them are rapist and that there is someone out there who will love you unconditionally no matter your story.

This is a day I’ll never ever forget, the day I regret everything that I have done. A day that I made peace with God and told him him if he let me out of this alive I will never ever go back to my old ways.
I can remember hanging out with my friends and then a tall light skinned guy walked up to us and said hello and turned to me to say he wanted to have a word with me and reluctantly, I stepped out of the group to talk to him since I didn’t want to embarrass him by shunning him. When we stepped out, he introduced himself and I did same then he told me he just came into town and would like to hang out with me if it’s okay. I just stood there and was accessing him in my mind. When he realized I wasn’t going to answer him, he gave me his complimentary card and asked me to give him my number so he could call me, I said he shouldn’t worry, I’ll give him a call. From his looks, I knew he didn’t believe me but still accepted and walked away towards his friends.
After three days, I and my friend were looking for a place to go to since we’ve been at home for two days without stepping out and she asked me to call him to know if he’s still around and still wants to hang out. At first I didn’t want to do it but after much much I did and when I spoke to him, there was excitement in his voice and he said he was glad I called cause he thought he would never hear from me again. So we fixed to see the next day cause he had something to do and was traveling a day after the day we fixed to see. On the day of the meeting, my friend had to go to school so I had to go alone. When he came to pick me, I noticed he was with one other guy that looks older than him. I got into the car and we drove off. On our way, we talked about a lot of things and I became excited about this guy and wanted to know him more. We got to a place where he said he wanted to see his mum briefly and come back and that we should wait downstairs.

So his friend then told me to come to the front sit so we could cruise around the neighborhood instead of just waiting. While we drove, we talked about a lot of things, he was married with two kids and he loved his wife so much. ‘what a lucky woman’ I thought cause he spoke so highly of her and all then he started talking about his younger sis who was just 16 years and already in the university studying medicine. In my heart I felt bad cause see me hanging out with him while ,my mates were in school.
While we were driving he showed me a lot of places and prominent people’s homes and then told me he wanted to check out his own house to see if his workers did what he asked them to do since he’s rarely around but just sends money to them. I said okay with one side of my mind cause the other was busy doubting his motives. When we got there he opened the gate himself and we drove in and he showed me everywhere, from his wife’s room to his kids room to the master bedroom and every other part of his house . All of a sudden, he started talking about how he loves me and how he wants to be with me and how he will take care of me and he went as far as asking me to leave his friend cause, he didn’t deserve me and don’t have as much cash as he has and how I will never lack anything in this world. I just stood there looking at him with the huh look and wondering what kind of friend this is and another thing that bothered me was about leaving his friend. Someone I just met and we haven’t even talked about dating or any of those stuffs. I just kept quiet and watched him, suddenly he walked towards me and tried to embrace me and I moved away. He asked me if I didn’t like him and I said no I didn’t and moreover his friend is the person I came to see. Then my phone started ringing as I brought it out from my back pocket to pick it, he grabbed it and said I will not answer my phone until I give in to his demands and I asked which demands and he said plainly that he wanted to sleep with me and will do anything to have his way. I told him I didn’t want to and that I haven’t slept with a man before and then he changed to a beast.

So today i went for a one year birthday party and it was really colorful and beautiful. Every woman's dream of a their one year old's birthday bash or will i say my dream. I loved everything, the decorations and i noticed that the barney for this event was the cleanest barney i have see in a while.
Most of the kids birthday i go to have dirty looking barneys who don't have or find time to wash their costume. Anyways to the topic, the reason i finally decide to write this was cause of the things i saw today which to me were intolerable and i believe most women will agree with me or argue with me and your arguments are welcome

First of all, let me lay it down as i noticed. Please don't judge me o, am a woman and we like to gossip even though ours might be worse. This family are actually family friends of my close friend so she invited us and i invited my bosom friend cause i like to gist and didn't want to be there alone especially if my friend have to go greet people she knows. When we got there, i noticed three ladies looking all dressed up with bleached faces and stretch marks on their hands sitting by a corner and talking, oviously gossiping like me and i noticed the man of the house was serving them specially and they were very comfortable and eying any available men who looked their way and immediately this came to my mind they were what we call runs girls and they came for the birthday as guest of the man of the house. It pained me so much that i and my friends started discussing it and a lot of issues were raised. How stupid and selfish can one be to bring his women home to his child's birthday party. How can he even have other women when from the story we heard his wife stayed with him when he was living in face me i face you. I know it is called gossiping but the conclusions were much needed.

How are you guys, I haven’t been writing of late and I know some of you aren’t happy, I said some o. But it’s been hectic lately, shuttling a lot of things and a lot is going on right now but I’ll try to write anytime I get the opportunity. So just chilling at home and this came to my wondrous mind and I hope you guys get it.

So this topic came to my mind and I decided to ask you guys what your opinions are about it but first let me tell you guys my thoughts about. Now a lot of women/ ladies have asked this question, some have even gone as far as looking for it, while others don’t believe they exist. Let me officially ask the question. Is there such thing as the perfect gentleman?

First of all, let me clear the air, I think when women say they are looking for the perfect man, perfect here doesn’t means a man with a six zeros pay cheque, takes care of his ladies needs emotionally and otherwise, prayerful, loving, sweet, understanding and all that to some but it means that to others. It can also mean someone that appreciate s you for who you are at least that’s my thought. I have had arguments, discussions or talks with a lot of my friends and I know a lot of women believe the perfect gentleman should possess at least 90% of the qualities listed above. The truth of the matter Is that in as much we want our men to treat us like heaven, we should understand that they are human so can mess things up sometimes but that doesn’t mean you should settle for a fool or be in an abusive or unhealthy relationship in the name of love.

Age is really just a number when it comes to marriage...

happy happy Sunday to you all, hope you all went to church, i didn't go with the excuse of the rain, i was just lazing at home, I hope God forgives me. So make we tori small. So i finally decided to not just watch Roland Garos but concentrate on it and the annoyance that want to kill me is so annoying so i say let me report to you guys o. So today it's being just us o, i mean i, jina and hubby, just eating and drinking and watching all the watchables. Please don't judge me o, i decided to do a bottle of smirnoff ice to cool off, cause e don tey and all the judging and screaming has stopped, I can remember having jina and if you just want to take a little sip of an achoholic drink, screams from my mom will even make the glass break or if I go for an occasion with her and try small sipping. All the other mom's eyes will just glare at you eh. YOU will just kukuma drop the cup but still when you give birth they will tell you to drink a shot of ogogoro to melt the fat and blood, abi that one no be alcohol na juice. lol, irony of life.
