Education is POWER. Yeah education is power but this waste of fund. I think schools like this is meant for politicians kids who have looted our money, you can't see a business man paying such amount for 6years old kid as school fees. He would rather put it in the baby's bank account. One more thing I believe you are a muslim and you strongly believe in given alms. Just imagine how many families you are going to revive if decides to gives alms to the poor. |

Christianity Etc › Muslim Youths Attack Another Catholic Church, Say ‘friday Belongs To Us’ by justicejay(op): 7:13am On Jul 16, 2016 |
justicejay: According to eyewitnesses, some Catholics had gone to the church to pray and were attacked by the Muslims who claimed that Friday is their day of prayer and that the Church only has right to worship on Sundays A group of Muslim youths on Friday attacked St. Philips Catholic Parish, Baki Iku, close to Zuma Rock in Niger State. According to eyewitnesses, some Catholics had gone to the church to pray and were attacked by the Muslims who claimed that Friday is their day of prayer and that the Church only has right to worship on Sundays. Information gathered from eyewitnesses said the youths destroyed the church’s properties, including doors and the windows. Some soldiers managed to get there later, but a lot of harm had been done to the building. The Christians ran away in different directions to avoid being killed. It should be recalled that Alhaji Kabiru Sokoto had on Christmas day four years ago, precisely December 25, 2011, detonated a bomb that killed over 200 Catholics and passersby at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Madalla, close to St. Philips that was destroyed. Rev. Fr. Luka Sylvester Gopep, the Vicar- General of the Diocese, confirmed the incident. Gopep said: “Sometime around 2pm, some Muslim youths in their hundreds left their Mosque after their Friday Jumat prayer and rushed to the Church premises, climbed the wall and destroyed everything in the Church: the windows, the alter, musical instruments, the chapel. “The security man in the church premises was beaten to pulp. “Some women who were holding a prayer meeting were chased away. “The seminarian who is resident in the premises was also beaten up and chased away.” Just last week, Eunice Olawale Elisha, a mobile preacher of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, was killed by some fanatical Muslims in Kubwa, FCT. www.theeagleonline.com.ng/muslim-youths-attack-another-catholic-church-say-friday-belongs-to-us/ |

Foreign Affairs › Fresh Attack In France. Nice Attack: Wreckage, Bodies, Debris Everywhere by justicejay(op): 12:39am On Jul 15, 2016 |
justicejay: Scrambling for safety, the crowd dispersed and took cover in nearby restaurants and hotels. Here are accounts from some of those witnesses: Deliberate attack As the white tractor-trailer drove into the crowd it was "mowing bodies over," said an American witness standing 15 feet away from the scene. It was accelerating as it hit the bodies. "It seemed like an accident at first, but became apparent very quickly that it was deliberate," he told CNN. The witness said he only got a glimpse of one person, the driver, in the cab of the truck. Another witness saw the scene from his balcony, which overlooked the beach. His 14-year-old son was with him. "Outside of my window now I see at least 10 covered bodies," said Tony Molina, who was on vacation from California. He felt helpless as he saw the truck driving about 30-35 mph, plowing through the crowd. Gunshots and shrieking An American witness at the scene said that as he ran away, he heard gunfire, but it wasn't clear to him if the gunfire was coming from the truck or elsewhere. CNN's Becky Anderson reported that police opened fire on the truck trying to stop it in its tracks, according to French radio stations. Whether the gunshots heard were an exchange or one-way is unclear. Molina, who witnessed the scene from his balcony, said he heard the gunfire coming from the east before the truck reached his hotel. People were shrieking and running frantically among the bodies and debris, Molina said. Bodies, bicycles, debris Hundreds took shelter at a nearby restaurant when the truck began to run into the crowd. "We were eating and a huge crowd ran into us and we didn't know what was going on," said Maryam Violet. "I walked to the beginning and saw a lot of people around their families -- a lot of single dead bodies with no one around them," Violet said. Eric Dartell also took shelter at the restaurant. He described the debris on the street outside. "You can see wreckage all along the way, a body, bicycles, street lamps and debris everywhere." www.cnn.com/2016/07/14/world/nice-attack-witness-accounts/index.html?sr=fbCNN071416nice-attack-witness-accounts1134PMStoryLink&linkId=26578691 |

Jobs/Vacancies › Few Questions Asked In HR Interview by justicejay(op): 12:42pm On Jul 11, 2016 |
These are few questions asked in HR interview! The answers are really stunning and inspiring. Thinking out of the box! A must read... Question 1: You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night, it’s raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for a bus: * An old lady who looks as if she is about to die. * An old friend who once saved your life. * The perfect partner you have been dreaming about. Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that there could only be one passenger in your car? This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application. He simply answered: “I would give the car keys to my Old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams.”Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought limitations. Never forget to “Think Outside of the Box.” Question 2:What will you do if I run away with your sister? The candidate who was selected answered ” I will not get a better match for my sister than you sir” Question 3: Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) – What is one morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant. Girl - I will be very excited and take an off, to celebrate with my husband. Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed it well. Why I should think it in the wrong way, she said later when asked. Question 4: Interviewer: He ordered a cup of coffee for the candidate. Coffee arrived kept before the candidate, then he asked what is before you? Candidate: Instantly replied “Tea” He got selected. You know how and why did he say “TEA” when he knows very well that coffee was kept before. (Answer: The question was “What is before you (U– alphabet) Reply was “TEA” ( T – alphabet) Alphabet “T” was before Alphabet “U” Question5; Interviewer said “I shall either ask you ten easy questions or one really difficult question. Think well before you make up your mind!” The boy thought for a while and said, “my choice is one really difficult question.” “Well, good luck to you, you have made your own choice! Now tell me this. “What comes first, Day or Night?” The boy was jolted into reality as his admission depends on the correctness of his answer, but he thought for a while and said, “It’s the DAY sir!” “How” the interviewer asked, “Sorry sir, you promised me that you will not ask me a SECOND difficult question!” ___ Sometimes just thinking out of the box is all it takes! |
