Psquare put their multi-million naira mansion “ Square Ville ” in Ikeja up for sale.
Paul and Peter Okoye of Psquare have put up their ‘Square Ville’ mansion for sale.
A ‘For Sale’ sign post was spotted at the Squareville mansion located on Lola Holloway street, Omole Estate this morning in front of the property.
Square Ville a twin building with a swimming pool, underground basement and other exotic features is reportedly up for sale at 320 Million Naira.
The duo have many properties in Lekki Phase One, Banana Island, Atlanta Georgia and other locations.
This act comes after their recent split as a group and makes perfect sence as they decide to pursue a solo career.​

Not Too Young To Run is a campaign which seeks to reduce their limit for running for elected office in Nigeria and globally.
The campaign started in support of bills and motions in Nigeria’s National Assembly sponsored by the following legislators, Tony Nwulu in the House of Representatives and AbdulAziz Nyako in the Senate.
Their measures sought to reduce the age for running for the presidency of Nigeria from 40 years to 30 years; for state governor from 35 to 30; for Senate from 35 to 30; for the House of Representatives from 30 to 25; and for State Houses of Assembly from 30 to 25.
The campaign is now global, symbolized by the hashtag #NotTooYoungToRun, with the ultimate goal to promote increased youth participation in the political processes globally.
As the awareness and campaign takes a strong hold in Nigeria and globally which political position in Nigeria would you like to occupy?
The era of old political candidature seem to be coming to an abrupt end, with well drilled political minded youths ready to take their place in Nigerian politics
Gone are the days when political positions are meant for the old self acclaimed political jugernauts who have in turn failed our nation which now leaves the future of Nigeria in shambles.
Well groomed politically minded youths needs to be given the chance to lead and this campaign have ushered in the platform for that dream to be achieved.
Nigeria has remind corruption ridden for decades right from her independence, many rulers have had dual tenures with same result and almost different result.
Politicians of the late 80s are still holding viable political posts while youths who are the renowned leaders of tomorrow are left without jobs.

In track M.I revealed how current naija rap artists are diverting from core rap to doing random songs, that’s called diversity. That’s the new way of life, the world’s changing and people should leard to change with it. Life is filled with choices and opportunities today’s rappers knows this that’s why they’re multi tasking with their talent.
Eminem in his track “Talking to Myself” noted that during his trying times a period his career was nose diving he almost made up a song dissing Lil Wayne y’all know the rest.
Eminem never dropped that track and look how good he’s doing, Em truly you’re back.
Mr, Incredible your fans truly felt the track but I bet their was too much negativity with the lyrics. Rappers like Olamide, Phyno, Chyn, Vector, Remeniece Ibbliss, Falz and the rest of em still drop dope rap tunes whenever required.
So the much anticipated “You rappers should fix up your life” to me is a NO tune.
