How can we thank God for all His love for us? We have to thank God for His mercy and kindness. I am a year older today. On that note, I want to thank the Almighty for His love. Fellow Patentees, help me and thank Him for this undeserved favour.

Usefulman, Happy Birthday!
We cannot stop celebrating our birthdays because we are going to die. Death itself is inevitable and every man will die at his own appointed time. When we celebrate our birthday, we are only expressing our gratitude to the Almighty God for sparing our lives to that point. Whether we celebrate our birthday or not, we must surely DIE. The only thing we must do is to impact humanity during our life time so that we can be remembered for our good works by the time we are dead. King Prof. CJA Uwemedimo is remembered today because of his gift of invention of Anti Corossive Special Paint to Nigerians and indeed lovers of truth. He is dead now but prosterity will forever remember him.

It is also on record that Yusuf Nurudeen has been on the fore front of informing patentees on the development of the on-going litigation between Comandclem and Mobil. A lot of patentees depend on his unadultrated information on the progress being made by Comandclem. On that alone, he deserves a hilarious and thunderous Happy Birthday. Posterity too will remember him for this selfless service being rendered. He is doing all these because if a man chooses to be USEFUL, such a man will never be useless. People will appreciate his good work in 2015 when we hope to win our case. Remember that according to Yusuf Nurudeen, 2015 is our Year Of Royalty. Once again, Usefulman, Happy Birthday!

NOW THAT JUSTICE MAHMUD MOHAMMED HAS MOUNTED THE SADDLE

It is no longer news that Justice Mahmud Mohammed has been sworn in as the substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria following the retirement of Hon. Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar after the attainment of the mandatory retirement age of 70. What should be news is how can Justice Mohammed fare in his new position. All over the world, the judiciary is seen as the last hope of the common man. In our society nay Nigeria, can that saying be correct? Events have taken place in the past which suggest that the judiciary truly is the last hope of the common man. In Nigeria‘s setting, the beneficiaries of that saying are the politicians who like the patient dog would go ahead to eat the fattest bone after the tide has turned in their favour. The latest of such been the re-instatement of the impeached Deputy Governor of Taraba, the home state of the new Chief Justice of Nigeria through a judgment delivered by the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 21st of November 2014 after the matter was brought to the Supreme Court in 2012.

In Suit No SC/69/2011 between Comandclem and Mobil, the new CJN should ensure that accelerated hearing granted by the apex Court in October 2013 is fully applied in other to uphold justice. It is pertinent to note that King Prof. Emeritus CJA Uwemedimoh died while pursuing justice 34 years after the invention of the Anti-Corrosive Special Paint. The case in itself is 14 yeras old in the courts. Can the Supreme Court be courageous enough to do the needful by dispensing the matter without unneccesary delays occasioned by the tactics usually employed by Mobil to postpone the doom‘s day? The ball therefore is in the Court of the CJN. Even in death, King Uwemedinoh deserves justice and his soul would not be appeased until he gets the judgment he truly deserves despite the fact that he could not get such while alive. As for Mobil, many days are for the thief but one day is for the owner of the house. This case MUST end in 2015!

Fellow patentees, kindly exercise patience. Proceedings at the Supreme Court on our case started some few minutes after 4: 00 PM today. The appropriate authority will brief us on what transpired at the court. Let us give them the opportunity to do so because proceedings ended late. Be courageous!

@umehemeka, I want to say without mincing words that nobody is disseminating any false information and patentees hope are not raised falsly. Let me categorically say this one more time that I am NOT a staff of Comandclem but a patentee just like anybody who invested in Comandclem. The quest for us to get return on our investment should never becloud our sense of reasoning. The question we should ask ourselves is did Comandclem fix the date of hearing of cross appeal for 7th October? Did Justice Walter Samuel Onnoghen on the 5th of May 2014 say that the cross appeal and any other application will be heard on 7th of October 2014? Did Comandclem authorize its former Counsel Dr. Tony Ukam to withdraw the case against Mobil but have been pursuing the case religiously? Will it not amount to foolhardiness on the part of Comandclem to authorize withdrawal and in turn be going to the Supreme Court for three years? If the above questions are answered, we should understand that Comandclem as a company needs the money more than the patentees. I am not speaking for Comandclem but for myself as a patentee. I have been at the Supreme Court on four occasions the case came up in Abuja. It is because of the stake I have in Comandclem that makes me to go to any length to seek information even if it means I should be at the Supreme Court. I have read a lot of literatures that border on invention, intellectual properties and their like. I as a patentee will rise against Comandclem when our royalties are paid and we are told stories. For now, we should give Comandclem benefit of doubt and support it to fight our common enemy, Mobil. I am not interested in working in Comandclem. My return on investment should be enough for me when collected. We should not be pessimists. Let us be optimists for once. It is high time we tell ourselves home truth. Even if people are inciting us against the company, we should ask ourselves what our benefits would be if we take up arms against them now.

It is worrisome when people write and speak out of ignorance or frustration. In this struggle, Comandclem has always played its part and should allow the Court to do their job. It is understandable that as patentees, we want return on our investment. It is also not debatable that a labourer deserves his wages because it is biblical. But the way and manner some patentees have been going about it leaves much to be desired. We should know that Comandclem cannot be a judge in its own case. If Comandclem has its way, it would have decided the case in its favour long ago.

Now coming to October 7, 2014, whether it will be declared public holiday or not, we should allow the Federal Government through the Ministry of Interior to announce the date. Secondly, even if 7th of October 2014 is public holiday, the Supreme Court in its wisdom will defer the hearing to a closer date that may not exceed two weeks. For instance, the Federal Court of Appeal Calabar Division had adjourned the case involving Comandclem and Mobil for judgment to be 2nd of December 2009. In the mean time, the then President of the Federal Courts of Appeal through-out the federation was to retire on that same 2nd of December 2009. As a result, all the Appeal Court judges gathered in Abuja to honour the out-going Judge thereby affecting the earlier judgment date of 2nd December 2009. But when the Appeal Court resumed after the Abuja event, it quickly fixed the judgment date to be 8th of December 2009 leaving a delay of six days. The same could be applied if eventually 7th of October is declared public holiday.

Meanwhile, as events unfold, I believe that the management will update us. Our attitude on this thread sometimes is not encouraging because if we do not appreciate the efforts of the people giving us useful and valuable information, when we are finally paid and they tell us, we will still doubt them.

Politics / Re: Tom Ikimi Resigns From APC by JUSTINO76: 5:58pm On Aug 26, 2014
PDP a dumping ground? Why is it that if anything happens in Nigeria, bigots will always accuse and abuse President Jonathan and the PDP. Was Jonathan responsible for the APC denying Ikimi Chairmanship of their party? As a Nigerian and a politician, Chief Tom Ikimi reserves the right to be identified with any party of his choice. The sins of the bigots are so enormous that even the blind can see them, the deaf can hear them and the dumb speak about their insensitivity to sacred human lives hence the continuous bloodshed in the North. APC is synonymous to violence and for the fact that their violence has not reached the South West does not exonerate them to be better either. A sick PDP is better than a healthy APC. Therefore, children of the slave girl should better allow the free-born to be. A word is enough for the wise.

Fellow Patentees let us not abandon the substance and start pursuing shadows. The management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is updating us with information about our dismissed appeal which according to recent development has been re-filed for restoration. Our duties as patentees should not be to speculate on the health situation of King (Prof) CJA Uwemedimoh. I want to believe that if there is anything like that, the Company will issue an official statement to that regard. I am not saying that the information whether the King is alive is true or not but we have to realize that it is only Comandclem Nigeria Limited as the True and Statutory Inventors of Anti Corrosive Special Paint that can give us true and correct information about King Uwemedimoh. Remember that Prof. Dora Akunyili died many times before her death and death hoax is not a new thing in Nigeria. Even if the King is dead for instance, we should realize that Comandclem Nigeria Limited is a corporate body that is different from King Uwemedimoh as a person. There should not be any reason for panic. Let us wait and hear from the management.

Who can battle with the Lord? Definitely nobody. God has been faithful. He has continued to preserve the life of His servant King Prof. (Emeritus) CJA Uwemedimoh. If wishes were horses, truly, beggars would ride. If the life of King Uwemedimoh was to be in the hands of Mobil or Mike Ozekhome, they would have taken it long ago. But for God being what He is, He controls the life of every man. Remember that the average life span of a male Nigerian is forty (40) years and biblically, seventy (70) years remains maximum number of age and any addition a blessing. Tremendously, God has blessed King Uwemedimoh with additional fourteen (14) years so far and that is the beginning of the addition. In the book of Kings, King Hezekiah cried to God about his prophesied death but the Almighty in His magnanimity added fifteen (15) years to his life span.

In the case of King Uwemedimoh, the prophesy has not come and whenever it comes, God will not only add fifteen (15) years to his life span but will triple the number.

Once again, Happy Birthday to the true and statutory inventor of Anti Corrosive Special Paint, the King of the wealth of the oceans, the Grand Marshal of peace pursuit in Africa, the inventor of the World Energy, King Prof. (Emeritus) CJA Uwemedimoh. May God bless you as you celebrate your 84th birthday. We shall all get their in Jesus name...Amen.

As for Mobil, they are preparing our royalties because there is no peace for the wicked.

Fellow Patentees, kindly join me in wishing King Uwemedimoh whatever he wishes himself. Cheers.

RedBenson, Banjo 24 and all patentees, I want to thank you all for your good wishes regarding my birthday. I equally wish you all the best life can provide on your respective birthdays. As for Comandclem, we are all fortunate to have joined the moving train. The Almighty will once again prove why HE is mightier than Nebucchadnezer, Pharaoh, Herod, Mike Ozekhome, Justice Gladys Olotu, Mark R. Ward, Mobil etc including all haters of King CJA Uwemedimoh and Comandclem. May 5 2014, hearing continues, afterwards, we shall be waiting for the judgment day. It will not be long, something POSITIVE and REMARKABLE shall happen in this land called NIGERIA courtesy of Comandclem. If you are still watching through the fence, you better get inside before the door is shut for ever. Comandclem... Prosperity and wealth for ever!

COUNT DOWN TO MAY 5, 2014.
Thirty one days have gone from the last count down on December 5, 2014 leaving us with one hundred and twenty (120) days to go. A lot has been said about the authenticity or otherwise of May 5, 2014. To pessimists, it is a day that is fake and can never come. To optimists, it is a genuine date that has legal backing through hearing notice. To Mobil, it is a dreaded date that it wished the process should be paused. To Comandclem and King CJA Uwemedimoh, it is a process that should crown respect for intellectual property and emancipation of Nigeria from the grip of the likes of Mike Ozekhome, Justice Gladys Olotu and Mark R. Ward. To patentees, it is a time to shame detractors and those mocking them of their wise decisions to identify with the World acclaimed Inventor of Anti Corrosive Special Paint. To lovers of justice, it is a time to endure the period leading to judgment day. To the world, it is an opportunity to keep close tab with happenings on the most celebrated patent case in the most populous black nation in the world. We are all watching how the whole thing pans out. As January 5, 2014 has come, so shall May 5, 2014 come. To all patentees and lovers of justice, Happy New Year and prosperous 2014.
By the way, today is my birthday. January 5 is my day!

Happy Christmas to all patentees. It is very very sad that fellow patentees are taking impostor rilwanoba serious. Rilwanoba started posting on this thread on the 30th of July 2013 few weeks after Pastor Salami was sacked by Comandclem. If you observe his postings critically, you will understand that he has been talking like an aggrieved person who was removed from where he was making illicit money. Previously when he came on board, he called Prince Sunday Ajamu many names and even went as far as laying weighty allegations against Ajamu. On July 30 2013, he said that he is a patentee and wanted to sell his patentee receipts. He equally said that he took his neighbour to register with the company. He said he was going to post Prince Ajamu‘s alleged house address and picture. On the 10th of August 2013, Prince Ajamu challenged him to do so if he is not a coward. He ran away because he knew he has no truth and was doing all those things to smear the image of the company. On 20th December 2013, he said he was posting and writing because of “una“ money which means he is not a patentee again after posting on 30th July that he was one. On 24th December 2013, he said he was writing for our benefit. I want fellow patentees to wise up. How on earth will a drowning man “rilwanoba“ be playing on your intelligence and suddenly you have developed cold feet and now living in fear. Go through all his postings from July 30, 2013 when he gained ‘independence‘ to date, you will discover that he is fighting back because his mouth has been withdrawn from the breast. Why is it that he was unable to tell us that Comandclem is fake only to realise that after Pastor Salami was sacked. Now he has resorted to abuse King CJA Uwemedimoh claiming that he collected $1b from Mobil the same amount he rejected in 2001 exactly 12 years ago. It is only a lily livered patentee that can believe him. Have you all forgotten that Saibuhari claimed that there was no case involving CCNL & Mobil in any Nigerian court? Was that true? Please be guided.

COUNT-DOWN TO MAY 5, 2014.
From October 30, 2013 to December 4, 2013 thirty five (35) days gone.
From December 5, 2013 to May 5, 2014 one hundred and fifty one days (151) to go.
Gradually, we are getting there. Nobody believed that July 10, 2012 would come. When it came, Mobil suffered from date blindness. Nobody believed that January 29, 2013 would come. When it came, the Supreme Court errorneously appointed Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs to adjudicate. Nobody believed that April 8, 2013 would come. When it came, Mobil could not respond to the response filed by Comandclem Lawyer because all escape routes have been blocked using long fence and electric wire gust. Like 35 days have gone, so will May 5, 2014 come. There is no peace for the wicked. May 5, 2014 cannot be like July 10, 2012 because any attempt by Mobil, Ozekhome and Udom Udom to claim ignorance of the date will be met with sledge hammer. Therefore, patentees and well wishers of Comandclem do not think that the date is too far because it is biblical that one thousand years are like a day in the sight of God. Rejoice and be glad for your miracle is on the way. Congratulations!
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly by JUSTINO76: 1:19am On Nov 17, 2013
If there is any frontline nationalist of our time, King CJA Uwemedimoh best suits that tag. The reasons for being a frontline nationalist are not far-fetched. It is on record that King Uwemedimoh in every sense of the word demonstrated patriotism and nationalism back in 2001 by rejecting $1b (one billion dollars) offered by Mobil to buy the invention from him. If he had collected that money, some of us may not know him and Comandclem as statutory inventors of anti-corrosive paint. His refusal was hinged on the premise of bettering his nation and her citizens lot by allowing them to buy into his invention thereby making them co- patentees. The attendant benefits of this invention to the most populous black nation will only but help in redressing the economic imbalance which up till now remains on the ratio of the rich getting richer while the poor is languishing in poverty. The likes of Justice Gladys Olotu will jump at the opportunity of collecting $1b (one billion dollars) for her selfish interest but the likes of King CJA Uwemedimo will think his nation first as a patriotic citizen who is the unsung hero of anti- corrosion. Justice Olotu‘s culpability is demonstrated in her judgment where she submitted that Comandclem tendered sixty five (65) documentary evidences and not seventy two (72). Her partner in the partnership Mobil, DID NOT tender one document but in her ‘wisdom‘ she gave judgment in her accomplice‘s favour. One wonders which evidence she relied on to deny the world acclaimed inventor, her kinsman, King Uwemedimoh his accrued royalties. The documents she relied on were the dollars offered her by Mark R. Ward and Mobil but nemesis has caught up with her. The money she has being making from her illicit judgments had swollen her head and that was why even as an inferior judge, she can declare the judgment of a superior judge and court “per incuriam“ when in actual fact such judgment is “ratio deci dendi“. On 28/11/13, it will be five years anniversary of her infamous judgment. She must pay for her sin.

If the Supreme Court does not rise up and be courageous on this case, the whole world will laugh at us as being truly a third world nation where justice is for the highest bidder and for personal aggrandizement. One wonders why Justice Mahmud Mohammed would refuse accelerated hearing on the 8th of April 2013 even when Mike Ozekhome, self styled human right activist who is originally Senior Advocate of a thief and his Pocket and his principal Mobil said that they don‘t have quarrels with that. I want to believe that the refusal on the 8th of April 2013 was deliberate. If the Judges, Ozekhome and Mobil are waiting for King CJA Uwemedimoh to die before they swing into action, they should better realize that no human has the life of a fellow human in his hands because the Bible says that the heart of the king is in the hands of God. Mr. Judge remember judgment day for as you judge so shall you be judged. Don‘t be carried away that you are in that position today. People have been there before you and one day definitely you SHALL vacate that position whether dead or alive. God is watching all of us and whatever we sow, so shall we reap here or hereafter. Have this food for thought: Luke 18:2-8 “ In a certain town, there was a judge who neither feared God nor respected man. And there was a widow in that same town who kept coming to him and pleading for her rights, saying, ‘Help me against my opponent!‘ For a long time the judge refused to act, but at last he said to himself, Even though I don‘t fear God or respect man, yet because of all the trouble this widow is giving me, I will see to it that she gets her rights. If I don‘t, she will keep on coming and finally wear me out!‘ And the Lord continued, ‘Listen to what the corrupt judge said. Now, will God not judge in favour of his own people who cry to him day and night for help? Will he be slow to help them? I tell you he will judge in their favour and do it quickly.“ I therefore conclude, he who has ear, let him hear. Truth shall prevail. That is sure.

Remember that Yusuf Akure is giving people information they don‘t have and his frequent postings here are enlightening patentees and the members of the public on proceedings at the court because patentees are scattered all over the country and beyond. It will be unwise of you REDBENSON to start insulting him because if you are not benefitting from his postings, a lot of people out there are benefitting from his informative and educative postings. We should know that a lot of people have not witnessed court proceedings in their lives and his postings use to bring the court proceedings closer to the people. If you have forgotten, there was a time one of Mobil‘s agents, Saibuhari said on this thread that there was no case involving Comandclem and Mobil in any Nigerian court but Yusuf Akure‘s persistent postings and documents proved him wrong and he had since eaten his words and had disappeared from this forum. We should not be seen as fanning embers of hatred among patentees. Once again, remember that for every credit entry, there must be a corresponding debit entry. Fellow patentees, be wise.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly by JUSTINO76: 12:44am On Sep 30, 2013
The Supreme Court is the highest court of the land. It‘s adjudications on cases before it is final and it adjudicates with caution and wisdom. It has exercised its authority in the past in other cases and this will not be an exception. The matter before it involving Comandclem and Mobil is not a strange case before the apex court. It may interest you to know that the Supreme Court on the 30th of May 2006 delivered judgment in an interlocutory appeal brought before it by Mobil in the same matter. The court was courageous to hold through Justice S.A Akintan JSC that Comandclem‘s case is not statute barred. Justice C.M Chukwuma Eneh, JCA, as he then was, in July 2005 at the Court Of Appeal held that the case is not statute barred. In 2002, Justice Adeniji of the Federal High Court ruled that the case is not statute barred. With these Justices ruling that the case is not statute barred, one wonders where Justice Akaahs is coming from. But I believe that the Supreme Court cannot contradict itself. If judgments have been delivered at both the High Court and Court Of Appeal in the past on this case, definitely, a substantive judgment MUST be given by the Supreme Court. The apex court is bigger than any fraudlent company that thinks it can get judgment by throwing money around. Judgment on the subject matter is not for the highest bidder and justice can always prevail even on the face of conspiracy, greed and corruption. Remember that the heart of the king is in the hand of God. Comandclem ... Prosperity and Wealth Forever.

King Nebcchadnezer doubted the Almighty, he ate grass for seven years; Pharoah questioned the I AM, his horsemen and their chariots ended up in the Red Sea; King Herod tried to raise shoulder with Israel‘s God, he became food for the maggots; the uncircumcised Philistine Goliath felt he was a giant, he succumbed to the stone of the Israelite lad David; Saul persecuted God‘s christians, he was struck with blindness; the thief on the cross questioned Jesus‘s ingenuity, hell became his reward; Justice Joseph Wowo demanded for 500,000 dalasi(N2.3m) bribe, he was sacked from the Gambia; Justice Gladdys Olotu perverted justice, she was querried and blacklisted by the National Judicial Council etc etc. There is no hiding place for the gold fish. Corrupt judges have no place in our judiciary. The world is awaiting the Supreme Court verdict. Mobil cannot afford to toy with the finger that fed it (King CJA Uwemedimoh and Comandclem). If God can deal with these personalities mentioned above, dealing with Mike Ozekhome and Mobil at the Supreme Court will be “akamu case“. Afterall, who can battle with the Lord? If Mobil like, they should not respond at the Supreme Court. Let them take heed on Ozekhome‘s counsel by remaining adamant. But whenever light appears, it dispels darkness. No weapon fashioned against Comandclem shall prosper...Amen. I thank God that Mobil‘s Mike has been released by his abductors because he MUST bury his head in shame the day the Supreme Court will finally return the child to its mother. There is sadness and sorrow in the night but joy comes in the morning.

As far as am concerned, Mike Ozekhome is not a human right activist rather he is “ my pocket full activist“. That is why he can go to any length to protect the interest of his principal, Mobil. In developed countries of the world, no citizen will fight the ingenuity of another especially when that ingenuity will benefit the populace of the nation. Moreso, the ingenuity is not borne by passion or affection. It is borne by intellect deposited in one man, King CJA Uwemedimoh by God and legally backed by his discovery and invention hence the Patent Certificate. An American citizen from Mobil parent country cannot do what our “pocket full activist“ is doing for Mobil. Mobil has right of representation at the courts but it is an aberration for a self styled human right activist to abandon the cause of the people and go after Mobil and its Dollars. As for his present situation, the evil that men do lives with them and not after them.

Great Comandclem Patentees. Here is good news for all of us. In July 2013, a Nigerian Acting Chief Judge in far away Gambia Justice Joseph Wowo was sacked for asking for a bribe of 500,000 Dalasi (N2.3million) from a citizen of the Netherlands in a land dispute involving him and a Gambian. He was caught on camera while making such demands and was subsequently sacked. This gives all patentees hope that the likes of Injustice Gladys K Olotu of the Federal High Court can never go unpunished for always overriding the Apex Court thereby perverting justice. No matter how much Mobil has to throw around to buy justice, I want to assure them that the Justices of the Supreme Court are not gullible to descend so low to be entrapped by Mobil overtures. Justice Joseph Wowo will forever wished that he was not caught by the Netherlander‘s web and is on record that he dragged the image of NIGERIA to disrepute. Presently, he is being investigated by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and I am convinced that the National Judicial Council will do the same. As a person, I believe in New Nigeria based on transformation agenda of the President. No matter what Mobil and its cohorts Eyimofe Atake,Mike Ozekhome, Uko Udom etc do, they can NEVER extinguish the light God has kindled in Prof. CJA Uwemedimoh and Comandclem. No matter how fast or crooked one runs, he can never escape from his shadow. The earlier Mobil responds, the better for it. I pity Ozekhome and co who can turn blind eyes to the truth because Mobil are picking their bills. It has gone down in history that Nigerians in the name of defence counsels are the one fighting in collaboration with Mobil to deny the World Acclaimed Inventor of Anti Corrosive Paint his accrued royalties and damages but they shall surely pay to the last kobo. No escape route. They are only postponing the doom‘s day but it must surely come no matter their delay. No matter the sorrows of the night, joy comes in the morning. Comandclem...Prosperity and Wealth for ever.

Misszuma and her cohorts are having their time now but sooner than later, they will keep their mouths shut forever. This case is clear for all to see and understand what is going on. My question to her is why is it taking Mike Ozekhome and Mobil eternity to file a response at the Supreme Court? It is practical that if somebody has a genuine case, he will NEVER delay his case. Mobil is afraid to respond and they resorted to delay tactics. The game is up for Mobil.

King CJA Uwemedimoh and Comandclem shall be vindicated at the end of the day. Let‘s join hands and fight the common enemy Mobil and all their antics. Remember that injury to one is injury to all. Let‘s be patient and wait for the Apex Court to resume from their annual vacation so that the next date will be known. From the distance we have gone, we have covered more than 80% and the remaining percentage can be covered in no distant time. To lose faith now will amount to “shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted“ .Patentees, rejoice for your day of vindication in identifying with King CJA Uwemedimoh and Comandclem is fast approaching. Congratulations!
