1. You've to process DUTY papers because the vehicle was not used in or licensed in Nigeria,the moment you decide to switch registration plates to a Nigerian number,you will need a DUTY paper to back it up,immediately you start using a Nigerian number without papers,it becomes a smuggled vehicle.

2. You can continue using the Benin plates with international papers and also use international drivers license too.

Meaning, Tuesday 15th September 2015 is the first day of Dhul Hujjah. The beginning of the “great 10 days” in Islam.
The day of A’rafah is Wednesday 23rd Sept 2015. While the first day of Eidul Adha is Thursday 24th 2015.
The 10 days of Dhul Hijjah starts on Tuesday (15th Sept) till (Wednesday 23rd Sept 2015 – The day of Arafah is the 9th).
While the 10th day is the day of Eidul Adha (Thursday 24th Sept 2015).
The Eid days itself are 4 days from (Thursday 24th till Sunday 27th Sept)
