Corona virus which WHO declared as outbreak is still surprising Western world how it has not killed an African. European scientists are still marvelled and confused as to why Coronavirus (COVID-19) is not viral in Africa.
The world woke up to the news that Juventus player, Daniele Rugani has contacted coronavirus. On the other hand, though, European Scientists are still confused as to why Africans are not being killed by Coronavirus.

In the post by ‘New Scientist’ on Twitter, it has it that scientist still do not know why coronavirus is not killing Africans like it is killing people in many European countries and other countries in the world.
So far in Africa, only 2 deaths have been reported, in Egypt and Morocco with 1 each. The death recorded in Egypt is of a foreigner while an 86 year old woman was the only death recorded in Morocco and it was reported that her death resulted from not only Coronavirus but from other health complications.

This is what is baffling many foreign scientists and media. They are surprised as to why Africans are not being infected, why Africans are not dying from the deadly coronavirus.

There are many reasons they are thinking about, one of them is the high temperature here in Africa. They are actually also saying that the fact that the average African age is young could be another reason given that most of the Virus cases that lead to death occurred in older ones.

The nature of the virus was also pointed out as a possible reason as for some days someone infected might not show symptoms of the virus.

I just realized that the hardship faced by many
*Nigerians* is simply as a result of the fact that
we have all benefited from the cycle of
*corruption.*
The bricklayer, plumber, labourers, tiler are all
complaining because building construction has
slowed down massively because the (so called
patriotic) thieves(who don't just take the whole
loot outside our shores to buy houses) no longer
have money to spend on real estate.
*Some Civil servant* that usual collect more than
*70 person* (ghost workers) salary via *proxy accounts* is no longer business as usual, they
can not longer leave exorbitant life as before.
*Oil marketers* that usually hoard petroleum
product to make it scarce in order to sell it at
high price or transport it outside d country for
large profit n still get there subsidy from
government is no longer business as usual.
*The car dealers* are grumbling because their cars
are begging for buyers.
*Thieves* can no longer spend wastefully.
*The private school owners* are shouting because
parents can no longer pay outrageous sums and
are withdrawing their wards.
I was shocked when I learnt that in a popular
*private University* in Abuja, parents are writing
undertaking at the account section for their
children to be allowed to write exams... and it
goes on and on.
The fact is, a lot of people are returning to what
someone referred to as 'default mode'.
We mostly have been living above our real
means. We have been staying in houses that
ordinarily our incomes can't afford.
Our children going to schools we can't afford.
*Driving cars we ordinarily can't maintain.*
We have been living a fake life all along. Now
the reality is before us and we don't want to
accept it.*

During one of the world wars when every one was running helter-skelter, there was a woman who lived life normally, no stress or anxiety. That time, people don't enjoy their sleep because anything can happen but this woman had a nice time sleeping during the war.

When asked why she was not living in fear like others, she made it clear to them that her bible told her that God neither slumber nor sleep so its not good for two people to be awake at thesame time. God is keeping a vigil.

Anxiety is the reason why many can't sleep. If God neither slumber nor sleep, let Him do the thinking and vigil. Cast your cares upon Him.
