You need to send the .sis file to your phone, either through bluetooth, infrared or serial port, alternatively you can download it directly to your phone over GPRS internet, that is if it is compatible with your phone.

For the .rar file, you need to unrar it with winrar or extract it with winxp, the contents if intended for your phone may be .jar or .sis, then you are back to case 1.

Once you can get them to your phone, all you need's click on them, and follow the installation procedure. Dat's all@@

The .SIS file extension is used to package installable applications for Mobile phones running the Symbian Operation System (commonly the high-end Nokia phones). They can be transferred to the phone via USB cable, Infrared or Bluetooth using the Nokia PC Suite software that comes with the phone and/or can be downloaded from the Nokia website. Installing a SIS file (after being transferred to the phone) is as simple as clicking on it, to execute the installer.

The .TORRENT file extension is used by a Download Client called BitTorrrent, which enables users with slow and/or intermittent internet connections to download large files e.g. DVD videos, ISO files, game data files etc without the attendant problems of broken downloads or invalid checksum (corrupted downloads). There are a number of other clients that obey the bittorent protocol, such as BitTornado and Azureus. They work on a file-sharing principle similar to kazaa, emule, dc++ and grokster, but different in that the more files you share, the faster your downloads get - misers are punished by the system. the .TORRENT file contains metadata describing the file you want to download. The client uses this metadata to locate the file online, choose an appropriate download location(s) and monitor progress. To use a TORRENT file, simply install a Bittorent client, and then double-click on your TORRENT file to start downloading the file proper. can any 1 help me love-vendor a nokia 3250 with games and themes that has a .sis extension files. The phone does not readily accept these file extension.
how do i go about installing the sis files and where can i get them.

can any1 tell me if it is possible to repair a virus infected flashdrive. i have lost two flashdrives to trojans & worms.both infected from a business centre. the latest loss being today. cuz, i've tried to format and scan with antivirus but yet it does not work.
the problem actually is : i formatted it, scanned with AVG 7.1 August 2006 update, Avast v4.0 proffesional 2006 and also mcaffee 2006. they all claimed not 2 detect a vitus excpt avg7. that detected a worm and repaired it.

But after this, if i store application programs (setup) in the flash drive it sees it but if i store a file e.g.a Msword doc, it only displays zeroes and at this same time increases the number of pages automatically. Also my files stilll maintain there sizes but contain no content.

plzzzzzzzzzz can i repair a flashdrive in another way and still recover my files

pls, sumone should as a matter of urgency help me about getting a very good flash drive.
i have spent a considerable amount of money on getting different mass productions of "flash(fake) drives", yet i dont get good value for my moni. they all end up useless after about 5months or less usage. pls i'm seriously tired. let sumone versed in the use recommend for me.

ialso got a wi-fi connection on my laptop, but it hardly wva connects. the last time i was at stacomms to update my connections , it connected to ther base station. the little i know about wi-fi is that you cant connect to any base station except on auhtority i.e. you have to subscribe for connection terms from the ISP provider. i guess Stacomms also does that. get in touch. but WI-FI has limited connectivity but more than Bluetooth.

Pls. I have dis trojan virus & spyware cookies on my my system, i've used AVG 2006 update, Avast, but no good response. Though the AVG claimed 2 hv cleaned it bt i still see it wheneva i scan wit noadware,adwarealert & spysweeper.(all trial version, since you hv 2 purchase after free scanning 2 clean them.) i also checked www.serials.se, for keys, they just wont accept them. Pls help me wit a strong antivirus & anti spyware. I can download if i'll get d right key source. Presently my system booting is xtrmely slow & browser loading takes several minutes.
